There has to be some line drawn somewhere in boxing that says this is how amateurs win a fight and this is how PROFESSIONALS do it.

Rigo's boxing stinks the professional sport of boxing. I got frustrated by the endless running, dancing, and pot shotting. It's scared boxing. Is that the Cuban style? Good they keep it in Cuba because it really sucks.

I bet you wouldnt be complaining if donaire beat rigo with that same style

Don't know about these dudes who saw a boring fight, or even some of these close scores from the ringside press...

The only doubt I had prior to the fight in Rigo winning was whether he would do enough. It ended up being that it was Donaire who couldn't do enough, wasn't allowed to do enough as a result of Guillermo's superior skills.

Props to Donaire's chin withstanding some laser bombs! Intense fight. With their speed, power and countering ability, anything could happen at any moment. Fan of both fighters - just wish Nonito wouldve kept that shoulder business for another time- but damn, El Chacal dominated!

it was a pretty boring fight. not much action, too much running from rigondo. But rigondo won it pretty easily. Donaire needed to get a little dirty and rough up Rigondo.

I think Mares has the right style to beat Rigondo. too bad we'll never see that fight cause they are from rival promotional companies.

What they right is true. If you didn't see boxing brilliance, than go watch MMA; Where all you see is brawling with no tactical aspect. That was an amazing showing of Boxing skill, iq, and generalship.

Donaire was not a hype job. The Rigo's skillset is friggin amazing. The last time a pfp fighter got dominated like that was what, Tito/Hop maybe. I was wowed by Rigo last night.

Agree for the most part. Nonito deserved foty but he beat 4 guys who given their size and fighting style were not much of a threat to donaire. Rigo had way too much for nonito to handle. When nonito realized this he settled for losing every round so he wouldn't get completely embarassedby getting tko'd. He tried in the 10th but midway through rigo had control back.

Great fight by rigo. Too bad so many on nsb are complaining. They should be mad that nonito hasn't mastered his craft not that rigo exploited it.

I've never seen an elite fighter looking like he was terrified to throw a punch as much as Donaire was last night.
