BoxingScene recently reported that Andre Ward is looking to land a big fight with Mexican superstar Julio Cesar Chavez Jr as he’s trying to get the biggest and best names in the ring. Ward has been stellar as he’s dominated a talented Super Middleweight division but he’s on the search of more opponents to put on his ledger as he’s already defeated most of the top names.

While Ward is looking towards Chavez Jr’s direction, one name fight fans continuously bring up is Gennady Golovkin. Did you notice he fought a week after GGG Proksa, for a 3 times smaller purse? You notice he's been shooting for a Chavez and Geale shot in the same timeframe as GGG's next date, but no tuneup scheduled for these champs?
