Like Ward said "down road if it makes sense" because right now it doesn't make sense. Why do people wanna see GGG fight the #1 SMW before he even got the chance to put his hands on one of the top MWs? It's crazy.

Anyone seriously looking for Ward vs Golovkin now needs to sit down and watch themselves an Andre Ward fight, because obviously they're not familiar with the man's work.

If Chavez Jr and Golovkin come up to 168, Ward is in luck. That would be music to his ears. Two easy fights [despite him saying otherwise about Chavez Jr], that people feel would be "tough" for him, especially Golovkin. He could further build his name with those two wins. Then he has Rodriguez, Pavlik, Steiglitz, and the winner of Froch-Kessler II which I honestly don't like that much, he beat both of them handily. He has LHW to look at, the winner of Pascal-Bute, a rematch with Dawson for his Ring title. If he can get Hopkins, that's great for him, but I suggest he stays away from B-Hop. Although a lot of people think Ward would defeat Hopkins at this point, including me, I think Hopkins would make it ugly enough to make Ward look worst than he did in the Bika fight and Ward may lose some stock after such an ugly fight.
I've heard Sakio Bika has become Ward's mandatory, so maybe he should get that fight out of the way and use it to get some of his ring rust out.

He also has the Froch v. Kessler II winner, the Bute v. Pascal winner, Stieglitz or Stieglitz v. Abraham II winner (if it happens). All these fights (v/Ward) could happen at 168 w/o the need for Ward to move up.

There are also solid contenders at 168 like Edwin Rodriguez, Adonis Stevenson, and Thomas Oosthuizen for him to fight.

If and when he decides to move up to 175, he can fight a decent money fight against Hopkins or Dawson for the lineal 175 title.

There are plenty of options for Ward out there.

Anyways, ggg is too small for 168 and Ward is too good and a bad matchup for him.
          They're 1-1 in the amateurs.

The Bute/Pascal winner at 175 is the biggest payday Ward can get right now. Especially if the fight is in Canada.

I would think a Froch rematch (assuming Froch beats Kessler) in England would be his biggest realistic money fight right now. I personally don't like that fight, particularly the idea of the lineal champion traveling to the challenger's turf, but if it's money Ward wants, that's where it's at.

ward is just a bad style for everyone
the dude knows how to win by points and wont care if how boring his fights goes as long as he wins

as much as i like ggg i dont want him to match with ward this early in his career
he needs more exp, or fight someone that fights like ward b4 actually fighting the dude

Chavez Jr. would also be a big money fight.

Ignoring money, boxing-wise, the fights that make sense for Ward are Kessler if he beats Froch and Stieglitz if he beats Abraham again. Rodriguez and Oosthuizen would also be good tests.
