The Ghost had an unloaded gun in a lock box and licensed to carry it, (although in Cali). I'm certain he wouldn't have done that if he knew NY law.
He was NOT licensed to carry it, Cali doesnt matter, otherwise he wouldnt be in Jail facing 4 years. Plus he had 3 illegal high cap mags, which arent only illegal in NY but in Cali as well
I honestly see a lot of race driven agenda surrounding this. What the Ghost did would be proper procedure and perfectly legal in most other states. I just don't see why fight fans would put this in the same category of dumb Adrian Broner biting people, stealing old ladies purses and eating dirty a$$ cutty in night clubs to this. But that's just me.
Proper procedure would be not carrying an illegal gun without a license or illegal mags into airports. And its in its own dumb category because he can lose 4 years of his life in jail

Guerrero honestly went full ****** for this one, good job.

On the other hand, this probably fits into God's grand scheme to humble Mayweather via the most roundabout way he could think of, somehow. He sure is mysterious.

Dude, what's so hard to understand that HE IS licensed to carry it and obviously didn't know how fkin **** NY is when it comes to guns?

If he had a license in Cali I'm sure he took some training courses. Somewhere in those classes they would've had to have told him "don't try and bring this gun on an airplane". You don't have to be lawyer to know that a gun license in California doesn't transfer over to whatever state you travel to.

In Cali he was. In NY he's NOT. Big difference.

It was on him and he didnt have a license for it and he didnt follow proper procedure. Part of the procedure is checking in a licensed firearm in said state.

Ignorance of the law is not a defense, also he didnt know those large mags were illegal in both the state he was transporting them as well as to the state he was taking them

dude, whats so hard about understanding a license to carry in california only applies in california and no other state? they tell u that when u get the license. so if he doesnt know that, that is his own fault. he has no1 to blame but himself. dont go full ****** on this. its quite easy to understand.
