I don't get the Floyd emulation. Why, why oh, why would he want to be a second rate Mayweather (he will never be Floyd) when he could be a star in his own right? I saw a great interview with him by Luis Sandoval, he was almost charming. He was funny and not so obnoxious.

His twitter outbursts are cringe worthy at times. I want to like him, but I just don't know ...
I'm right there w/you. But like Canelo, he's got to fight somebody that actually poses a threat.

Looks like Canelo is gonna' fight Trout. Maybe Broner won't make us wait as long to see him in w/a real opponent...

          We can hope.

I don't like him, I know everyone has someone they look up to. Kobe to Micheal Jordan, Lebron to Micheal Jordan...Usher to Micheal Jackson..Ray Leonard to Ray Robinson

But this dude has swagger jacked Mayweather from the walk, talk, slang and etc...It's sad to be honest.

In any way you look at it, it's a positive. It's gonna attract people to the sport, whether they want to see a good fight, see if Broner is who he says he is, or want to see him lose, it's a win win for the sport.

Rees who is considerably smaller, hit him tons.

Canelo Trout will be a good fight, I'm torn there because I do like both fighters quite a bit.

Seeing Broner/Malignaggi irritates me, because I personally think 140 would be where he gets his toughest tests.

I feel like he is selling himself short really.

It's one thing for him to be influenced but another to absorb the arrogance of Floyd without the accomplishments to match.

He could really brand himself but chooses to be a second rate Floyd.

I don't like Broner at all for a lot of reasons. Most of what you mentioned. But you look like a hypocrite with that picture of Gatti. That guy was no choir boy either.
