Its my understanding that the agreement between both fighters were that Canelo fight on Floyd's undercard and if both fighters are successful they would face off in Sept.

i dont care what he's saying .. what has been reported not long ago was that canelo would only fight on may 4rth IF floyd signs up to fight him in september.. it's not believable that floyd created these terms

But the only reason Canelo wanted him to sign was because Floyd's people indicated verbally that is what they would do.
Canelo's people have been consistent in what they have been saying since late last year. They told Floyd the only way they are a part of the undercard is if they have an agreement to fight in Sept. provided they both win. Floyd's people told them that is what would happen as long as they get their way money wise.
When it came time to sign Floyd delayed and then ultimately back out.
All of this has been reported since right after Canelo's last fight that Floyd told his people they would fight him.
If anything Floyd's demand that Canelo fight on his undercard again when he would make much mor $$ headlining his own card without a written guarantee is a ridicoulous demand by Floyd.

I think Canelo thinks that Trout can not deal with his power and that is going to be the difference in the fight. This fight has me pumped man it is a 50-50 fight apart from it going to the judges because Golden Boy will have them taken care of to have the money man win.
