Pac can't say he was the best of his generation at 140 because he can't claim to have dominated Marquez (1 win, 2 debatable wins, and 1 devestating KO loss).
Pac can't say he was the best of his generation at 147 (for obvious reasons....)
Pac can't say he was the best of his generation at 154 (1 win over a guy who couldn't win a significant fight without loaded gloves)
If you want to say he was the best lightweight fighter of his generation then you wont hear any objections from me.
As for an All Time Great..... Pac still has work to do.
