            eh, May is half a year away. Martinez will be fine by then. Rehab is only supposed to take a month. Any serious negotiations probably won't happen until Sergio knows he'll be fine or not. Picking Kirkland on the other hand was definitely suspect timing knowing Kirkland would be desperate.

                    Cotto needs to lose in order for this fight to happen. GBP's first option is Cotto, best risk:reward ratio. Will the boxing gods be on Maravilla's side? Only time will tell.
