I thought the point of being a journalist and reporting stuff was to show neutrality..the writers bias just oozes with contempt over the screen. It's cleverly built up with an easement of politeness and then just gets downright nasty. As a sports journalist isn't your job to create discussion not division? "Mop the floor with him"..troll for controversy and board fights much? I don't care for this fight personally only did back in 2009 when it was interesting..I also used to be a Mayweather fan until he pulled the stunt of retiring because he did not want to fight Paul Williams...to say either guy is innocent to me is bullshh..to blame this on a promoter to me is bullshhh..these are two grown men and humongous stars..either one could have easily gone on a campaign publicly and really made this happen. The fact is both are too comfortable making a kings ransom fighting other people. Pacquaio has no business above 147 and Floyd needs to stop fighting more than 4 times in 5 years..neither one in my book is top 5 due to the opposition they've faced lately..there are more active fighters actively fighting the best in their division who in my opinion deserve to be listed above them both on the p4p list. Sergio being the lead in that list as p4p #1. To me Floyd's next fight should be a tune up and then a fight with sergio. Pacquaio/Marquez should be the end and retirement for both.

Reading the reports , Pac had his man Konc sp dealing with Mayweather while we were waiting to see if Pac had a fight , and when or would he wait for the Mayweather fight.

HISTORY :

When ever there is a threat to Mayweathers throne he goes on vacation.

The longer Canelo fights the threat gets larger

The THREAT is huge due to Mayweather whupping a washed Pac leftover named COTTO ,,,,@,,,,154 and that THREAT is named :

SERGIO the GREAT !!!!!!!

The Threat that is looming is due to no other excuses can be made by Mayweather:

1. We have all had the Arum excuse

2. We have all heard the drug excuse

3. We have all heard the money excuse

4. We have heard all sides excuses

As long as there is a threat from an elite fighter on top of his game there will be no fight.

Exactly. Both of them are playing the public and not interested in the fight. Too much at stake. Why fight each other for 50 million, when they can go after easier targets for 25-40 million a pop. Too much pride and long term money at stake. They both also use each other to promote their current fights, but are dead silent when neither has a fight on the horizon.

Very biased article. No one actually knows who wins the Floyd/Pacquiao fight until they lace up. Triangle theories are pointless. They've each beaten the other's previous opponents in better fashion. Reading that article was a waste of time.

Arum is unquestionably the cancer of Boxing....but this fight never made it into his hands. Mayweather made demands, Pacquiao agreed to each one each time, and Floyd continued to pose and make excuses. Bottom line, Floyd Mayweather ducked Manny Pacquiao. Period.
