You do know that after Molina man-handled Cintron he fought the woof woof guy on espn & struggled immensely right?? The coincidentally right after that he got slated for ginger.

      Canelo holds good odds against.
      Kirkland
      Angulo
      Cotto
      Trout
      Bundrage
      Martirosyan

The following hold significant advantages over Canleo.
      Lara
      Martinez
      Floyd

I disagree with Trout, Molina and definitely Martirosyan.

If people think Canelo is untested and has a weak resume, Martirosyan's resume makes Canelo's look like he was part of the Fab 4 of the 80s. It's pathetic.

thats dam near the whole top 10 ranked '54 pounders...dude hasn't fought a single fighter there...yea, he calls names and look to fight the dudes who have shown to be off their game or not in proper form...yet and still he's considered a superstar...Drake can sell out any arena in Canada or across the world...but dude aint making no hop hop laws....hip hop heads aint gonna bow down and crown that dude based off his drawing power...nah!!!...he'll have to go bar for bar against some of hip hop's most respected mc's to get the RESPECT of the ppl that matter...if the goal is to just make some money, don't catch emotions when ppl refuse to give respect
We agree on a lot of things but I just don't see how Kirkland can beat him, Vanes can't beat him either, Molina and Trout would lose as well. Cotto would be 50-50. Mayweather and Lara beat him.

Now for the Bad News, guys who I don't think he has a chance against at the moment: Mayweather (OF COURSE), Erislandy Lara, Austin Trout, Carlos Molina...I think Carlos Quintana would give him MAJOR PROBLEMS with his style as well!

But the only way to find out is if Canelo finally start fighting these guys!
I'm not convinced that he rolls through Rosado, 50-50 for me. The only guy with similar attributes he's fought was a faded/mentally-beaten Cintron. Rosado won't be nearly as reluctant to let his hands go, and is gonna be coming in the ring to win. Rosado also doesn't fade down the stretch and brings a great amount of intensity. He can get reckless, but when he boxes behind a jab and looks to set up his offense, he becomes very difficult to deal with because of his height/reach. Not too many tall/lanky guys can fight on the inside as well as he can either. Threat from the outside and inside, tough puzzle to solve.

Only guys at 154 that CAN beat him is Cotto, Mayweather and Martinez.

              Thats it.
I'd add Lara and Molina to that list. They can but I don't think would, except for Floyd.

canelo is definitely beatable. it all depends on who he gets in the ring against. he doesnt look like he would dominate the whole weight class tho. i dont get that vibe from him.

Yeah, he fought Antwone Smith, who did pretty well last night against Cruz.

Good post. I was discussing this with Gambler last night on the RBR thread. Rosado puts pressure on you behind his jab and he comes in with all types of movement. Last night we saw how he dipped punches and clocked Whittaker. As you and I pointed out Rosado seems to grow and gets more difficult as the fight goes on and what are some question marks about Ginger? His chin and stamina. Something Rosado can definitely test. Gambler thinks Canelo beats Rosado but I dont think it happens. If Canelo fights Rosado in December that'd be a huge jump in competition AND size where I would not be favoring Canelo.
