Martinez was staying on the ropes and ripping Chavez apart on the inside at least once every other round. Dude was toying with Chavez, period. Chavez shouldnt even be boxing, the dude is a bum.

Nope. There were times throughout the fight Martinez sat down on his punches and looked to brawl and JCC didn't want to engage. It was clear that Martinez was having a little effect on whether JCC wanted to throw, be it moving or actually connecting with shots.

That wasn't boring for me at all, he put on a clinic. Another thing, he walked Chavez down plenty of times within those 11 rounds and gave Chavez plenty of opportunities, more than I initially expected him to, considering he was fighting a damn cruiserweight.

It is boxing not rock em sock em. The end of the day Martinez did more than his fair share of fighting, if Chavez was unable to hit Martinez back that's on him.

I actually think Chavez could stop Martinez in a rematch, but he has to stay at '60 because when he moves up, he won't like what he gets from fighters who are actually his size.

Disagree. There was nothing boring about Martinez schooling Chavez Jr. It was pretty damn entertaining, actually. And you act as if Maravilla was running all night and potshotting when he was actually letting his hands go constantly, sitting on his punches, and backing up Chavez at times.

Chavez lost to the superiour fighter plain & simple, he would have lost in a 15 rounder, and if they have a rematch he will lose again.
