Man get the hell out of here with that. Rounds 1-11 was boxing at it's finest. A skilled technician eating up and schooling a game opponent that probably outweighed him by 20 pounds.

Sergio Martinez represents what boxing and gamesmanship is all about. He takes his craft seriously and respects the sport. And because of that, the sport rewarded him with a near shutout victory.

I mean I understand that was part of his plan, but the whole fight you can see Chavez just wanted to trade. It was almost like he was waiting for Martinez's legs to get tired so he didn't run so much, but his timing was a little off.

In other words, bring back 15 rounds.
      Just Shut the Fuck dude!

Martinez made fun while schooling a guy 3 divisions bigger than him!!

On ther hand, some guy name Rigodeaux did stink up the joint last night!

If you wanna reall look at it from an IQ level... chavez made it boring by his amateur iq and lack of knowledge to CUT THE RING OFF... He just followed Martinez around like ******.

Why would Martinez stand there when he can move and still beat the ever living **** out of him?

          Yeah.

It was great.. he really mixed it up.. inside, and outside fighting.. against the ropes..
            He schooled him, BAD

How about Chavez made it boring by being completely outclassed and not being able to hang while having his ass handed to him? If Sergio were fighting a more capable opponent, it would have been exciting. Go watch the first P. Williams fight.

He dominated Chavez, and that can be boring to a casual fan. It was, however, a tremendous performance by Sergio. His footwork was beautiful, he picked his shots perfectly, and he controlled almost every minute of the fight. He's a special fighter of a very rare breed.

There was nothing boring about the fight last night. Sergio is Elite and junior is a B level fighter.

people need to start recognizing the facts and stop judging with there feelings.

on other note i give junior credit for hanging in there, and I wish him a speedy recovery.

Martinez gave a masterful performance by dominating an opponent who was 20 pounds heavier.

Jr was the one who was boring, he was completely surprised by Martinez's power and speed, and couldn't adjust to his incredible footwork.

Martínez got sloppy at the end and got caught by Jr, but that doesn't changes the fact that he gave a boxing clinic and showed everyone what he's capable of.
