But then you realize the article simply states "allegedly" Roach said this or that.
You can quote Cotto all day saying he was fine with the weight and I can quote Cotto saying that he wont sacrifice his body again. =/=

Do you honestly expect a boxer to say something like "I feel weak at this weight and I regret taking this fight and now I have to go through with it..."

How rare is it that fighters admit that they aren't 100%

        At the weigh-in, YES!

The ignorance by *****s baffles me, there are STILL multiple people saying Pac fought ODLH at a catchweight for example.

That is for the weigh in, that quote from Roach is about the weigh in!

Pure ******ity there is no way Cotto could even manage that.

The only fight where I even heard solid rumours of rehydraton clauses was De la Hoya, and I think that was not true either, think Oscar just could not put the weight back on because, yes he was severely drained.

You talk off ignorance lol , when a contract states a fighter from one weight class must weigh in at a certain weight or another weight class , then its a CW , if you want to get technical its a Contracted Weight , doesnt matter what it is , the point of a contractual agreement on weight is a CW .

There's no chance Oscar had a rehydration clause

                  1. nobody can impose this on him, esp not a guy that had nowhere near his pull yet.
                  2. Pac was heavier by 1.5lbs, if there was a clause there's 0 chance DLH was gonna be under by 1.5lbs+.
                  3. do you think for a second DLH would not have leaked this after the very humiliating career ender against a midget he was widely favored against? The crossdressing guy that makes announces an announcement that he's still retired?

So not only was Ortiz Berto a CW, so is Ward Dawson, Floyd Cotto, Hopkins Tarver, Jones Ruiz, all catchweights. Doesn't sound too bad (except Ortiz Berto, 146?!), you'll have to find a new word for whatever Pac's doing. Which sucks, cause Pac moved up 7+ times, that's 7 juicy catchweights automatic. Per your precise definition.
