Cause you're wrong, Cotto Marg was a defense of Cotto's WBA Super belt. And they only settled on 153 after Marg rejected Cotto's demand for 150, with 160 rehydration clause.

It's not Floyd's fault Manny refused the best offer he could have received in 09, when the hype was at its greatest. Floyd thought he was on the juice, asked for testing, and Manny declined. Manny's marketability has taken a huge hit, and it's reflected in his numbers.
