Pac rejected blood testing at first, true. But then he agreed and Floyd found another excuse. Dude...It's clear for me who doesnt want the fight.

I mean, i'm going to ask you this one... Do you really agree with Floyd's last offer.... 40 million and no PPV revenues??

I will laugh if Cotto boxes Pacquiao's ears off in the rematch. It'd also put him in line for another rematch with Mayweather as he'd have avenged 2 of his 3 losses.

We already know PAC rejected the blood test. My question is how did Floyd know he would reject it? Since people act like the test was a way to avoid the fight. That's all I'm asking really. And how is it acceptable to u that it took him 3 years to agree to the test???? If it was the other way around u would be calling for floyds head.

It doesn't matter if I agree with the offer or not. But at the end of the day, where else will he make 40 mil? His own promoter can't even offer him that. Look at where he's at now.trying to fight people he's already beaten for less money. If he wanted 50/50, he should have agreed to the test in 2009. I'm sure I didn't just tell u anything new there.

Maybe if he had accepted blood testing, Mayweather would have found another excuse. If he "knows" Pacquiao is on roids....then why not show the evidence?

How is it acceptable getting just 40 millions and no PPV revenues in the bigge$$t fight in boxing history. Where else will Mayweather make more than 50 millions.. Guerrero ?? Berto ?? Bradley ?? Canelo ??

It doesn't matter how much money can Arum offer. That's business.

If it's logic for you the 40 million NO PPV revenues deal....well good for you. I guess you know nothing about business.

I'm a fan of Manny's too, although some moronic Pacquiao groupies bring shame to the sport with their whining and allegations. It reflects back on their fighter so they need to stop. Realize Manny had his time, pretty soon he'll get his ass whipped and retire, or not, but cherish this moment while you can. It's not going to last for much longer as you can tell by now...

he did find another excuse. we saw that happen. why are people ignoring that? floyd was just throwing anything against the wall to prevent the fight from happening and he found something that stuck. he couldn't use his usual i'm retired tactic because he still wanted to make money just not against pac.

The offer isn't that unreasonable to be honest. Pacquiao earns 20 million a fight so earning 40 million is double what he usually earns. It might be less than what he could get if he had a share in the ppv revenue but at the same time there's no risk involved.

If you're in Floyd's position then earning more than 50 million isn't that big of a deal as he's already earning 40 mil a fight. He'd have to earn 80+ to double his normal rate.

Its too bad that Cotto doesn't have a sanctioning body belt. If he did, the sanctioning body could make Pac his mandatory opponent and force Cotto to fight Pac no later than December 8 at 147 pounds for Cotto's 154-pound belt in a 14-foot ring with a clause in the contract that says that Cotto can't gain more than three pounds between the weigh in and the time of the fight. Unfortunately for Pac, Cotto has gotten a taste of some real money in his fight against Mayweather and won't settle for the pittance that Arum would want to pay him to fight a rematch against Pac ..... at a catchweight. Pac/Marquez 4 will take place on December 8! I guarantee it.
