Yea, if it happens it happens but I would prefer it at 160 and I already know Floyd has real issues at 154 but that would be the real challenge, if he wants to fight Sergio he should go for the gusto.

154 would cheapen it a great deal, but that is just my opinion.

I am with you Gambler on people just fighting at the weight they are best at.

I think we too often want super match ups so we pit smaller guys against bigger guys etc try to fit people into a higher or lower division.

I believe you should always fight where your optimal weight is.

I think Sergio is doing that.

its funny how this one idiot keeps contradicting himself that is why you shouldn't get too emotionally tied to a fighter

Mayweather can't fight the older Martinez who has just been knocked down (and nearly out) twice because he's past prime. He can't fight Pacquiao because of some unknown (probably made up) reasons.

His "fans" co-sign it all which says it all about them.
They're all a bunch of ****s mayweather is the ring leader

                  Was there ever any question

I was blown away that people actually thought Jr could win this. To Chavez' credit he never gave up. But lets be honest, he got schooled. I've always thought he was a fraud.

Damn Chavez is easy to hit...

                    Priceless.
It's crazy. Floyd is aging right under our noses with every fight.

Yet all we read on here is...

"Floyd is waiting for [insert fighter around Floyd's age] to get old."

Like, WTF. Lol, seriously. Name me all the technical athlete's you can name. None of them were the same at 35.

Tim Duncan is one of the most fundamentally-sound, technical, basketball players of all time. At 35 earlier this year, Tim Duncan was still a beast, but not even he could escape aging. He's definitely not what he used to be. Tim Duncan wastes the least energy, and gets the most done than any other player i've seen. You just can't escape aging. Once you've been doing it for as long as Mayweather and Duncan in their sports respectively, with college basketball/NBA and amateur/pro boxing, you're gonna get tired some freaking day in your 30s.

Mr Button himself, Bernard Hopkins, would tell you if he had gone through a full-length amateur program like Floyd, Ward, and countless other fighters, he'd have retired a while ago.

watch the fight and tell me you think Martinez would be able to hurt Floyd...

Jr is one of the slowest fighters in boxing history.

Yet he managed to knock martinez down, marking sergio's face pretty badly.

Some idiots JUST DON'T GET IT!
