    why would he?
the guy beat Ortiz, nothing special about him
Alvarez should easily overpower and stop this guy
don't know how the Ortiz fight got him a JMW title shot
Ortiz was planning to fight Alvarez, but it wasn't an eliminator
fuck it, easy win for Alvarez
after that, dude needs to step up and try unifying

I do think that the weight will be a big factor in this fight in favor of Canelo but Canelo ain't all that to begin with. Add to the fact that upsets have happened from smaller guys moving up. Canelo should handle Lopez fairly easy if he imposes himself on Lopez but Lopez is that guy who never quits but as I said prior..... I'm more into Chavez Jr/Martinez.

Ortiz is a WW, thats how. Canelo has yet to fight a true 154lber. He didnt even do it for the belt son!

Catchweights have happened throughout the history of boxing kid. Learn the sport 1st before you try to respond. And how many has Pac had, 3/4? lame excuse by you. The fact of the matter is GB/WBC has protected Ginger the whole time he's been a champ. its pretty lame, especially and even moreso since he's now fighting a true 140lber. Its about damn time the kid fights either a) a division champ, b)a top 5 contender in the '54lb division or c) fight @ WW cause then at least he'd get the credit for fighting the lil guys.
And remember this, Ginger weighs in on fight night at 160lbs+, 'Sito weighed in at 144lbs for his fight with Victoria and on fight night, 146.5lbs. If that aint weak, and you still agree with this fight, then i see you've BARELY been a fan of the sport
