If Floyd can make 45MIL with Cotto then what more could Pac do? Sure that is the fight a lot of people would like to see but money wise. Pac would make more with Mayweather then Floyd would with Pac. The gap between what divides them is 29MIL and Manny ain't even making that on his own.

Those are fight night purse guarantees, not necessarily contractual guarantees.

How quickly things change. Monhts ago it was about the drug testing issue. Now it's about split issues. No wonder many fans are getting sick of this sport.

Not when Pacquiao is asking for ridiculous demands like 50-50... PFFT

I'm not a person that gets into nor cares about how much money other people have or make. But, the revenue generated seems to suggest that the 50/50 or nothing stance by Team Wapakman and crew is kinda a duck move.

I don't know if 50/50 will get that fight done, but $40m flat for a Mayweather fight definitely won't.
you forgot ODLH'S CUT he still have to pay him a percentage of what he makes for signing that contract before his contract was due with top rank

Pac is the second highest paid athlete which is a good feat in itself but he ain't number #1. Floyd is. Pac said he would take less because he knows that he deserves less but Arum said immediately after that absolutely not. Pac would have taken the fight but Bob won't let him.
Keep in mind that Floyd makes more since he is taking a bigger risk.
If any of his events were to flop, he has to eat the financial loss unlike someone who has a traditional promotional company bank rolling the event.

I got it. Floyd doesn't have to fight the numero uno in boxing. If Floyd and his fans don't want to see the fight, why should others insist on it? I'm completely at peace with it bro, believe me. I don't think it will ever happen anyway. You guys won. Floyd beat Pacman outside the ring. I'm happy for you.

I thought that expired, and even if it's still in effect, GBP's cut will come from Arum's 27.5% so Manny's bottom line is unaffected.
