Just wanted to see if you were man enough to admit to admit it.
And a $40 mill flat fee is supposed to be fair for the biggest money fight in the history of the sport. GTFO! The fight could easily generate $140 mill or HIGHER. Floyd would probably make 100 mill to pac's 40. Yea sounds fair lol.

Why should pac settle for a flat fee in the biggest money fight in the history of the sport when he is a superstar himself as evidenced by being 2nd on the list. What they are separated by $20 mill or something. Fact is both will receive their highest earnings if they fight each other.
$85mil-56mil (not counting endorsements) is $29mil.

I just think now that we know what both really took in, its hard to say that $40 mil no ppv offer was soo bad.

floyd is in jail breaking down mentally day by day and yet some of his fans are still trying to defend the $40 million offer.

floyd's earnigs per fight is bigger because it includes the promoter's profit too. in other words, floyd's money includes his purse as a fighter and his share as the promoter of his fights.

Just because its not split evenly doesn't mean it isn't fair. If the fight generates more than expected (like floyd/odh) and floyd's deal allows him to make more, what is the problem?

OK, so what if floyd offers manny $56 mil gurantee? Is that fair?

Not really surprised by the numbers, but the money golfers receive is ridiculous.

When Money and Pacman retire, who knows when Forbes will have a boxer up there again. They're both close to retirement. Boxing is dying

I'm a Pacman fan but Jesus he needs to leave Arum IMMEDIATELY. Only then can he make as much, and maybe even more, money than Floyd. But I don't see Manny leaving Arum.

And I'm surprised people still care about Pacquiao vs Mayweather. It's not going to happen, and that's really sad but we need to accept the reality. Outside Mayweather, there's no one left for Manny unless he grows out of welterweight and move up to 152. Whereas Mayweather can fight Canelo and/or Martinez, and possibly even JCC JR if he can beat Martinez first (which is unlikely) I'm even hoping Mayweather will move up to 160 and get a middleweight title. It's doable

I honestly don't know why you worry about how much $$ specifically they are separated. Look even if they split the fight 50/50 floyd would be making more money mainly because of pac's deal with arum. But that's a different story. Fact is both generate money from their fights from the same ballpark.

Pac has a huge fanbase that will watch him fight anyone. So why should he settle for a flat fee when he is bringing the type of following he has? tell me why? Don't give me that crap about him making more than he ever has cause floyd will get the same.

I believe that is one of the new "Mannyweight" divisions correct?

Instead of an alphabet belt you win the IBF BWAA Golden Wristwatch of Filipino Pride and Adoration sponsored by Target in association with Tecate and Top Rank Promotions. And yes, it will be in the first sentence of every Ronnie N article.
