those meals are anything but bomb. We use to laugh because we would throw the grits up against the wall and they would literally stick on the wall so we would say, imagine what they do inside your body.

As for the water, sometimes you see things that make you not want to drink that ish. Like sometimes have the unit would be shut down because someone would crap in the toilet, flush it, and it would litearlly come out in the shower. It is what it is though and you have to make the best of it.

Again, none of us know what is true. Alot of this stuff could be made up just to get Floyd out. He has to make it sound bad if he wants to get out. If it is true then some of it is just normal with most people until they adjust, which he should do in about a week.

He can still workout in his cell. I was locked down for 23hrs a day and did a million pushups & situps so he can do that also if he wants and he probably is but we're not goin to hear that because he is trying to get out

I wasn't getting technical - I was referring to Mayweather's current situation. I know people that went to jail and came out huge too, but none of them were in solitary for 23 hours a day.

Also, I'm heavy into fitness. I work out religiously. I know how to exercise in small places. That isn't the point.

The point is that regardless of how much or how little Mayweather is working out, which none of us really know in the first place (although logic would tell us that he is, considering that he's lost weight), the main thing to consider is how much of a calorie deficit he's on right now.

He can do as many exercises in his cell as he wants, but if he isn't getting as many calories in his body as he's accustomed to consuming - he'll lose weight. It's common sense.

It doesn't mean that he's "withering away" in jail. It doesn't necessarily mean that he's being deprived of the necessary calories for the AVERAGE adult. It just means that he isn't taking in as many calories as HE'S accustomed to eating to maintain his weight. I don't see whats hard to understand about this.

Did you see where I mentioned he's allowed to have snacks?

Half the battle in working out is your calorie intake. I understand that. I understand that it's best to eat every 2 hours throughout the day than it is 3 big meals a day. I understand that.

That's why I mentioned snacks in his room.

Tuna in a bag, bread, peanut butter and jelly, oatmeal cookies, oatmeal. If you couple snacks in his diet, on top of his 3 daily allowed meals, he will be fine.

Unless you're saying he's not allowed to have snacks in his cell?

what is the real deal here, with floyd mayweather jr., on tv, after the fight with cotto, he says he's going to go to jail, and handle his business...when mike tyson went to prison, for years mind you, he got out, and resumed his boxing career...

The only way to get out is if you act like everything is bad.

Furthermore, you also shouldnt be shocked if Floyd is really 142 pounds. He could be 142 but be ok. People always here stories about guys going to jail and getting buff but Ive been there and Ive also seen guys go in there and lose 50 pounds like 4 months, literally.

Those guys also werent *****es. Sometimes when you are in there you just get into a lifestyle change. I saw guys who only drank water and ate fruit the whole time. Thats it and they werent *****es. They just didnt want that greasy, nasty, garbage food. Ive seen others who just drank water and ate noodles & stuff they just bought themselves.

Now Im sure Floyd is going through a bit of a culture shock but thats normal for everyone that gets locked up, let alone a millionaire but the thing is the hardest parts about your sentence is when you 1st go in and when youre about to leave out. Its hell because of the adjustment.

Its like your getting waned off of drugs. Then comes a point where you adjust and thats the middle time. That part is easy and goes by like clock work. He'll be there very soon, probably in another week or so. He will have adjusted and it will be something normal to him.

Then the time & days will speed by but I wouldnt be shocked if Floyd was still 150 or if Floyd literally came out at 125 pounds. That happens when locked up but that still doesnt mean he's in negative spirits or is doing so horribly. We just dont know
          excellent post

                Poor Floyd

Floyd just don't have the dedication to put the hard work in, in these conditions.
ok u finally went to far with your hating... to say floyd is not dedicated to put hard work in is the craziest and dumbest thing Ive ever heard from a pacfart... Floyd does nothing but put 100% towards working on his craft. You guys can hate on him for a lot of ***** he pulls but 1 thing u pacfarts cant say is that the man isnt dedicated to doing hard work.... smh silly pacfarts
