That was 4 fights ago, get new material.

That's like me dwelling on Canelo getting hurt by Cotto's brother and arguably losing to Gomez. Who cares; it happens.
    Losing to Gomez? LOL

I don't even like Canelo but that is hilarious. Kirkland is garbage, only his d1ckriders think he's any good. He is entertaining if his opponent is wiling to **** with him but that's about it. The man has power but every other aspect of him is below average or average at best.

His fanbase reminds me of Chavez JR diehard fans, or something close to it. And it is funny how all the Kirkland fans are serious haters of Alvarez. Like Alvarez is too mainstream for them so they hop on the Kirkland bandwagon. LOL

He's also one of those fighters who attracts delusional fans thinking he's better than he really is. I don't hate him, but I'm no fan either. He's an exciting fighter with major flaws. Respect?
If the Ishida loss wasn't a fluke, then I'll ask you the same 3 questions I asked New England.

Alvarez only outlanded Gomez in 2 or 3 of the 6 rounds. Gomez was winning before the joke stoppage.

Comparing Kirk to Alvarez is the only hilarious thing in your post. Kirkland is fighting top 5 JMW's every other outing. Alvarez is fighting #10 ranked WW's who haven't won a fight in 3 years.

How can you compare the two?

kirklands one of my favorite fighters, and is one of the top contenders at 154 - maybe not THE TOP contender as of right now, but he very well may prove everyone wrong once again.

no need to argue with the incoherent on this site, just look at them as though they have a mental handicap. they may sound like braindead cadavers, but remember - they are human beings as well, lets not make fun of them.

apart from being skilless chinless overhyped bum

oh and Ishida was not a fluke, he got humiliated and exposed ... no amount of nuthuggery or excuses will take that back
Let me ask you this. If this Ishida theory is so true, then:

                1. Why didn't the Vera that TKO'd Andy Lee, knock Kirk out in the 1st round?

                2. Angulo hits 10x harder than Ishida; Kirkland shouldn't have even gotten up after the 1st knockdown. Even if he did get up after the first knockdown, he should've been blown to oblivion with Angulo's very next punch. Unless you're saying Angulo was gassed within the first 20 seconds of the fight.

                3. Joel Julio who is a ****er who landed solid shots on Kirkland should've KO'd kirk within the first 3 minutes of the fight, yes?

Do you see how silly you Ishida clingers sound when you hold on to your sole claim to fame?

He was out of shape as some would say in the Ishida fight but that doesn't excuse him for getting dropped 3 times against a fighter who can't crack an egg. Look how Ishida landed at will. He has no defense at all.
I don't even hate Kirkland but I can't wait until he gets another shot on HBO and losses again so hopefully some of you fans can die out on this mythical image of Kirkland you weirdos you have painted in your heads.

I don't hate him, I dislike the fact that the networks hype him up and have picked him to be a star. The reasoning being he will get gift decisions and rob guys of their hard work and rightful victory.

It's not his fault but the system is flawed and these guys get touted as potential stars and if they fail to live up the hype they end up getting pushed through to victories like a kid getting pushed through the grades even though he or she didn't earn the passing score.

It'll take a few more robberies and public outcry for them to let him go to what he likely will end up being, a contender, nothing more. Like I said, nothing against him but he is one of those guys that will be involved in controversial scores and decisions for a year or two until he gets KO'd in a fight.
