It's always the same recycled debates you guys never get tired of having here. I have no time for that. If both sides can't come to a fair agreement three years later I see no point in bringing it up. So the best thing is to just wait and see who gets blamed two to ten years from now. It's not hard to imagine who gets the biggest blame in all these. At the end of the day it's the fighter who gets the blame. Not Arum, Koncz, GBP, etc. Of course, Floyd fanatics would blame Pacman. But they're in the minority. Two years is not too far off.

I don't see the problem with offering Pacquiao $40 mil guaranteed. That's more money than he's making now. He is the #2 PPV draw. Floyd is #1. Mayweather offered the #3 PPV draw considerably less than that. Cotto had no problem taking that money. The fans got a great fight in return. 700K filipinos watching the fight because of Manny is not a selling point for this boxing match. Those same 700K filipinos will watch Manny make lumpia if he put it on PPV. Also, please stop with the Floyd is scared argument. Whenever I hear that I know whoever is making that statement is a blind Manny Pacquiao fan. As far as Manny being more popular, that may be true, but Floyd is boxing. Boxing is more popular than it's been in a long while because of Floyd.

You actually care who gets the blame 2-10 years from now.

Yup. That's all I care about right now. This is no longer about the fight. It's about mental games Floyd fans have been playing for years now. Winning in fantasy fights is another. This time Pac wins in the fantasy fight based on Floyd's latest fight. Fight doesn't have to happen. Not to mention Floyd's reluctance to fight. That plays a part too in determining who wins in the fantasy fight. I can now sleep tight and not worry about this fight not happening. Pac fans win in all fronts. Fantasy and blame games.
