      You're missing the point.

      Just because he works with another company to promote his fights doesn't mean he isn't his own boss.

      He works with GBP, not for them.

      He doesn't answer to anyone. He's not contracted to anyone.

      He could work with any other promotional company if he so pleased.

      Hence, why he doesn't have a boss, or someone to answer to.
