its the old saying, you're only as good as your last fight..
Pacman had a poor performance but he still had the win, So by your logic that means Floyd shouldn't have gotten the lions share against Hatton after he put on a stink fest and barely won a decision an SD over Oscar?

Pacquiao had the highest selling and grossing fight in 3 of the last 4 years. Every single one of his fights in that time drew a bigger live crowd than the biggest crowd Floyd's drew in that time.
Mayweather with these words confirms himself as the biggest duck of all-time. Just mindblowing how people are defending this.
We all joked about how he'd just create another roadblock when Pac agreed to his testing demands, we knew deep down that was likely to happen, and what do you know that's exactly what he did. History will not be kind to him with this fiasco with Pac.
He won't be considered anywhere near the greatest when it's clear he deliberately avoided the greatest fighter he ever came across in his career, being in the same division for 4 long years now. A bigger joke you cannot come up with. How can you even put him in the same sentence as the Leonard's, Hearn's, Hagler's, Whitaker's, Arguello's, Hopkin's, Holyfield's of modern day fighters? You can't, it would be a disgrace to those great warriors who weren't afraid to fight anyone and to the sport.

Not sure why anyone is surprised by this. Floyd has clearly stated he won't be forced into fighting dangerous opponents and fights he could lose and he doesn't want to fight strong champions.
Short of getting " i will never ever fight Manny Pacquaio because there is a chance I could lose and get hurt" tattooed across his forehead, I don't know much clearer he can make it.
He doesn't want the fight, that's his choice, respect it.
If you don't like it don't buy anymore of his fights.
