More than anything else, his head seemed to be clear. He appeared very calm and was finding for the best targets, rather than just plowing and throwing pre-meditated combos (which he could have easily done on this opponent with terrible footwork). How he handles adversity will be the true test. I'm impressed at how efficiently he threw those hooks. Very little movement to set them up and they still had wicked snap to them.
He looked about as well as he could given the level of opposition but compared to his last outing against Lopez it was a positive sign his punches were sharp and seemed to have that snap that had been missing.
He said he's going to stay active this year which is the best scenario maybe another softie then somebody who'll go rounds that's what he'll need to aim for now then late this year but more like early 13 to challenge some of the bigger names
