that being said, i think cotto looked great coming into the fight and early rounds before pac started beating on him hard. and the most annoying part is that i really do think that it would have been the exact same outcome had the fight been at 147.Originally posted by blindsideyou View PostMayweather is demanding Cotto to weigh in at 154 at weigh in?Originally posted by walakabro View PostYou obviously don't know **** about boxing! I agree that Cotto never really had any trouble making it down to 145, I think he came in healthy on fight night and didn't look drained at all. Most of the time, fighters come out and state whether making weight was an issue, and we haven't heard anything from Cotto of that nature. But coming in at 154 is definitely an advantage to Cotto because he can train comfortably the way he wants to, as well as come in with the weight advantage on Money May on fight night. And this is a fight where weight does matter, because he's going to try and break Money May down with a strategy that I predict is going to be a combination of the Castillo and De La Hoya when they fought against Mayweather. Cotto's going to use a stiff jab to back Mayweather and keep him off balance much like De La Hoya did, then try and break him down to the body and rough him up against the ropes much like Castillo did. And Cotto is going to need all the weight and energy he needs to sustain it throughout 12 rds. And the higher weight is going to allow him to consume enough calories and maintain enough hydration to do that. You obviously have never had to make weight for a fight so you wouldn't know what it's like to cut weight for a fight. And don't try to fake the funk like you do, because there's a lot of actual fighters like myself out there that can spot a fraud. You're a ****in' a Pacquiao **** sucker who never into boxing until you saw Pacquiao fight. I like both Mayweather and Pacquiao, but at the same time I know how to see it for what it is, and I'm not biased.Originally posted by Machingo69 View PostWow Dude!!! Your so dumb that you don't realize how ****** you made yourself look with that comment you posted. Cotto is not going to be bloated and fat at 154lbs. Quite the contrary, he's going to be very comfortable with his weight and strong...
Wess, you are the definition of a moron hahahaha.

he has to be happy for the fight, regardless whos fighting its on HBO, he must promote the event. nobody asked for mayweather-cotto to fight, it doesnt matter if Floyd wins by KO, it doesnt enhance his resume at all, Pacquiao already trashed Cotto so Floyd isin a no win situation, if he wins big ****in deal if he losess though hel be the laughing stock of boxing.
pacquiao has the tougher opponent in bradley, but he will win due to his speed.
at the end of both fights, the first question will be ''when will mayweather-pacquiao happen''..

Why would anyone be angry about a bully getting bullied?

IMO, Martinez V Mayweather would look pretty damn boring if you really stopped to think about it. Just stop, and think about it.

And Cotto said , " I will not sacrifice my body again for Pac " this doesnt lend itself to Miguel be in his strongest best condition does it ?
And just to add , if you are an elite athlete right down on your weight , on the edge ,,,, 1 pound more will really hurt you ,,, thats a fact !!
