Mayweather knows Manny wont fight at 154. So If he wins...its his way out again! He will agree to the money but make Manny go up to 154. What other fight is their for him at 147? That will generate cash? Fighting Cotto is his ticket. I hope he runs into the beating of his life.

You obviously don't know **** about boxing! I agree that Cotto never really had any trouble making it down to 145, I think he came in healthy on fight night and didn't look drained at all. Most of the time, fighters come out and state whether making weight was an issue, and we haven't heard anything from Cotto of that nature. But coming in at 154 is definitely an advantage to Cotto because he can train comfortably the way he wants to, as well as come in with the weight advantage on Money May on fight night. And this is a fight where weight does matter, because he's going to try and break Money May down with a strategy that I predict is going to be a combination of the Castillo and De La Hoya when they fought against Mayweather. Cotto's going to use a stiff jab to back Mayweather and keep him off balance much like De La Hoya did, then try and break him down to the body and rough him up against the ropes much like Castillo did. And Cotto is going to need all the weight and energy he needs to sustain it throughout 12 rds. And the higher weight is going to allow him to consume enough calories and maintain enough hydration to do that. You obviously have never had to make weight for a fight so you wouldn't know what it's like to cut weight for a fight. And don't try to fake the funk like you do, because there's a lot of actual fighters like myself out there that can spot a fraud. You're a ****in' a Pacquiao **** sucker who never into boxing until you saw Pacquiao fight. I like both Mayweather and Pacquiao, but at the same time I know how to see it for what it is, and I'm not biased.

I like how you thought about the strategy Cotto needs, lol I have been doing that too. I think it will be jab, coming in and out with the combinations and looking out for that counter right. He can't just bully Floyd but he can't wait on him either. I hope he is able to find that rhythm and take his "0" away.

It sure can. However, it doesn't automatically mean either that 1 or 2 pounds would be tough to lose also. It can be very tough for your body or you can lose without a problem. It depends on the person and their body.

That's what really worrys me for this fight, mayweather trows a good straight right over his opponents jabs & cotto is mostly jabs & may gots more reach. Just hope cotto doesn't get frustrated & make mistakes.
                    WAR COTTO !!!

Floyd walks around at 150 and Cotto is a small JrMW. Manny walks around at 142 and eats like a horse and has yet to weigh in at 147. Even weighed in at 144.5 for 150 pound fight against the 5'11" Margarito... Manny gave up 17 pounds in the ring that night... Trust me Cotto will not outweigh Floyd by more than 5 pounds fight night... So to give a guy credit to fight someone his same size is crazy... BTW, why does everyone want Manny who never even weighed 147 for a WW fight yet to fight Cotto at 154??? Why haven't these same people ask his peers, Barrera, Marquez, and Morales fight at 154 hell they don't even fight at welter. But, when it comes to hating Pacquiao why let something like facts and common sense get in the way.... Manny has yet to weigh 147 for a fight yet so why should he fight above 147??? Hasn't the man moved up enough??? In order for Floyd to make the same jumps in weight as Pac he would have to fight at 168... Just accept the fact that Floyd is bigger than Pac and that's why he can fight a small JrMW like Cotto...
