First it was random drug testing, then it was how often & frequent, then it was HIS choice of testing facility, then it HAD TO BE May 5th, and not May 30, and not November 2012, then it was a FLAT FEE for $40M.... 40 Million dollars is one hell of an offer. Manny could certainly make more but would arum pay him.

Why hate on floyd when arum has done the same thing for years. He gives a fee and becomes the sole promoter.

50/50 only works when they co-promote. The 40 mil was an offer for a mayweather promotions fight. It really is simple.
