Wow, three wins in a row against guys who should have retired a long time ago. Margo and the Rabbi were great victories, right?

Foreman was an undefeated champion, Cotto is the one that made him look bad. Prior he was supposed to box circles around Cotto. Mayorga was a tune up nothing special. People were saying Cotto and Margarito were shot to pieces, Cotto makes him look like a fool and now well... Marg had one eye, Cotto still sucks and every other excuse in the book. You guys just can't accept Cotto's only legit loss is to Manny, that being said the rematch shouldn't be now the timing is wrong.

On topic, to me this seems like Manny is really pushing for 147 and this is the reason the fight can't be made. This is cracking me up, though. Manny is like I want Cotto!!!! But... you really can only handle him at 147 even by his own admission if he is demanding it that much. Cotto obviously knows this and I be he is willing to take less money against Mayweather if the weigh it is at 150+ It's this main reason why I really want to see Cotto/Pac (not before Cotto/Mayweather) is because Manny is so relunctant to face Cotto at 150.

Cotto loses big against Pac or Floyd and then he retires because he is shot now.

Cotto doesn't last 7 rounds against either fighter, regardless of the weight.

All Cotto does now is throw a few combos and then back up with that little shuffle. As soon as he gets hit with any meaningful punches he gets hurt. He can't fight at an elite level.

Foreman wasn't a great win. But, it was a good fight to take. Considering that it was Cotto first fight at 154, and was coming off a beatdown from Pac. I think that was a solid win.

And, the Marg fight had to happen. Yea Marg was shot, but that was a loss that Cotto had to avenge for himself. I don't think is a big win though.

And, Martinez might be overrated. But, even if Martinez goes down to 154 tomorrow he would dominate Cotto. That's a mismatch the size and Martinez attributes would be too much for Cotto. He isn't no Quintana. But, yea we just disagree on that one

Martinez wont see the 12. Mo Fo is severly overrated, he remains me of Hozumi Hazegawa a couple of years back. Everybody thought he was all that till he met Montiel. Cotto will be MArtinez Montiel!!

And on topic, Arum is mad cuz Cotto wants the fight at 150+lbs and more than 15mills guaranteed. Cotto doesnt really want chavez, he will only fight chavez if he gets severly and pay(and rumors are that if he fights chavez he will aske for MSG).

I know this, I've been around boxing for 30 years. And I've seen it before. All fighters, at some point in their careers, lose four things: legs, handspeed, power, and chin.

Cotto still has his legs, but his chin and power have diminished appreciably over his last fights. He's never had great hand speed, but even that has dropped off over those fights.

Floyd will hit Cotto at will, and Cotto will not be able to hit Floyd, and certainly won't hit him with any power shots. Cotto's face is a bloody mess by the end of five.

Cotto is a short fighter, with short arms, yet he's moving up in weight. As a result, weight will not be a factor.
