(Ward did this in ALL of his fights?)

excessive clinching without throwing a single punch (on the lines of a john ruiz) can be illegal......

intentional headbutts are illegal (which ward only had problems with unintentional butts against kessler in the 7th round)

so open handed punches are illegal you say?

thats funny because every second of EACH 1 of joes fights he throws open handed shots?

so you mean to tell me that joe was CHEATING all of this time?

Have you watched every fight of Calzaghe's?

The knuckle of the has to land to be illegal. How many fighter land with the open hand to the body in fights?

Ward intentionally headbutts, luckly he has hometown refs.

Ward loves to hold which is not boxing, and is against the rules.

Calzaghe is the much more entertaining fighter as well.

Ward is the much more dirty fighter.

This would've been a great fight, and a career defining fight for both fighters. It's actually a shame that Ward didn't come onto the scene 5 years earlier, or Calzaghe 5 years later, or we would've had a great Anglo-American rivalry. I would have to put my money on Calzaghe's workrate.

Joe would be catching Ward with uppercuts as he tries to duck and he would be breaking Ward's body down when he tries to grind Joe with his head on the inside

That would be an interesting match, some ppl don't like Joe because he slaps but I find his awkward and energetic style entertaining.

Too bad its just a bit too late for this to happen.
