why are you complaining about perceptions of fighters, they are not baseless...floyd is known to avoid challeneges, pac is known to be a warrior....until floyd proves otherwise, all you can do is accept or atleat get with the program....

If you want to say that Floyd has avoided some challenges in the past then that's true, he has. Not because he's a coward, it's because the money made more sense to take the other option.

Manny Pacquiao ain't that good that Floyd would have to duck him. The only thing Manny has been doing for 2 plus years is making excuses on why not to submit to random testing and mentioning Floyd's name with every fight he already had set up by Arum. Pac hasn't even fought a top fighter at WW and Floyd was retired twice. Came back after a year and beat a fighter with ease that Pac has yet to best in a span of 7 years. Pac fans are reaching. Below are old posts of me calling it how it is and have to say that they are pretty accurate. Most Pac fans are cheerleaders/Floyd haters with NO knowledge of the sport....

I don't believe Manny will KO JMM early because Pac is not a 1 punch KO fighter with exception to Hatton AND when has Marquez ever been knocked out early or in general. I believe Pac can win but I think people are down playing JMM considering Marquez was Pac's toughest fights to date in the first fight and years later in the rematch. I say the second fight was more of a win for Marquez then the first so why are so many saying Marquez is old? He has had the better comp since he last fought Pac. Eventhough Pac fought at the higher weight class longer, Manny still hasn't had a fighter that can give him a competitive fight and Juan Manuel Marquez can. This fight can go either way but I'm not going to cosign Pac KO'n Marquez considering he could not do it in 2 fights years apart with 4 kd's in total. Marquez is a very good technical boxer and if he can fight smart and not get lured into Pac's fight then I see another close fight.

Manny Pacquiao don't call no shots because Bob Arum has been pulling the strings all along homie. Bob is Barzini and Pac is Tattaglia if you want to get Godfather technical about it. Pac hired a firm (Visionquest) to find where Pac money has been going and Bob shut it down and made Pac fire the same company he hired to help him. Damn near everyone who works for Pac went through Bob. Ok, say for instance that Pac did agree to the tests. How come for everytime he agrees. There are more interviews and videos by his team saying he didn't? I'm not trying to get into no more about this topic but rather just asking a question.

Here's the reason why I think Manny doesn't stand a chance.

1. Floyd has the size and longer reach than Manny.

2. Floyd is the most accurate fighter in the sport and Manny gets hit fairly easy.

3. Floyd is the best defensive fighter in the sport and is very elusive. Manny has no defensive game plan and could not even catch and cut off Shane.

4. Manny is at times off balance and throws punches in a wild way (I saw it during the Clottey fight)

5. Pac is fast but Mayweather is pretty fast himself, so Pac won't have a big advantage in the speed department.

6. People keep talking about Pac's power but his damage is done over the course of the fight as he connects. Floyd is known not to be hit much and if so he can take a hit, recover and finish strong (Mosley fight). Pac would have to keep hitting Floyd and as much as people think he will. I just don't see that happening.

7. Pac has good conditioning and so does Mayweather. Pac won't have the luxury of thinking Mayweather will tire or get worse as the fight goes on.

Conclusion: I just don't see anything Pac does that can supersede Mayweather in the ring technically. Pac's biggest attribute is his speed but Floyd has that going for him too. I think Pac's power is overrated. Sure he can hit but the last person he officially put out with one punch is Ricky Hatton. Pac has to hit Mayweather often to damage him and I would bet all my points on that not happening. Also factoring in that Freddie Roach has already gone on record as saying that Floyd is totally different then all Pac's opponents and he has to make Pac see what he sees inorder to beat him while Floyd adjusts during the fight.

Roach has to change Pac's style up that has been successful for him all these years. IF this fight ever happens (which I think it won't) Floyd beats Manny Pacquiao and gets him out of their around the 10th/11th rd (corner stoppage). Manny just gets hit too much for my taste and Floyd just hits opponents too much. I'm sure Pac gets beat by Floyd.

And your an idiot that has never boxed , its a learned skill and when you are proficient enough to compete at the elite level , your not scared , fear is about the unknown if you truly understand the reality you might be anxious or nervous as thats the real human emotion in that situation , fear dont come into it , but you need live a bit more to understand that kid .

Keep on with your scaredy cat childs syndrome , the fact is Manny is ducking Floyd because the loss is huge in many areas other than boxing , thats why they duck it so hard , nothing to do with fear its politics and money and legacy and his life outside of boxing , loosing to Floyd is a gigantic loss for Manny .

Tszyu was past prime by the time Floyd got to 140 and he had just been whooped by Hatton. Pac didn't fight Margo or Cotto until they had both had their asses whipped by someone else first! And to me those guys were never really that good to begin with.
