Pacquiao signed the contract, Floyd didn't. If he did then why wasn't Pacquiao sued for breach of contract?

Pacquiao signed, the papers got to Floyd, Floyd got scared and asked for blood tests.

The thing that I don't understand is this: Many fans believe that Marquez just beat Pac. Others feel (as I did) that it was a draw. And others felt Manny won by a point or two. Marquez was moving up in weight and fought Pacquiao under the normal testing procedures of the Nevada State Athletic Commission. The fact that Mayweather has used this as his excuse to not fight for the past 2 years and still will enforce USADA/WADA for this fight either makes him a coward or shows that Marquez has got way more balls than Floyd. Then, Marquez says that Manny's shots didn't hurt him. How is Floyd not the one scared? What about be a man and beat him the way many feel Marquez did? No USADA, just Nevada!!!

That's nonsense. You need to ask yourselves why Floyd is only coming out now. Where was he when Morales was being thrown into the picture? Why didn't he come out to clarify that he is fighting Pac, not Morales or any Mexican? What's so ****ing hard about showing up briefly and state clearly that he wants Pac on May 5 at the time? Or is he coming out now because he's hearing all this talk about Arum avoiding the fight and wants to capitalize on it?

Pac was not on Floyd's mind when his team broke this news about PBF fighting in May 5. Why would you announce a fight without mentioning an opponent? What kind of crap is that?

The first time this fight didn't happen was because of MP....and if it doesn't happen again it will be MP again.

The short bus crew are out as usual in damage control. It's really simple you tards, asking for a stricter PED testing regime is not ducking the fight, because:

1. You can't prognosticate the future and predict your intended opponent coming up with a new excuse as to why he can't undergo OST every week for two years, whilst it's also not an issue at the same time (figure that one out)


2. They initially said they would agree to undertake OST, but only pull out once they can't find another reason during the negotiation to use as an excuse.


This fight didn't happen in 2009 because team MP walked away from the negotiation because they didn't want to agree to OST. It's inconsequential whether you believe it's because he is on PED's or just didn't want the fight to happen, IT'S A FACT!!!!!

Manny is the one who stopped this happening in 2009, let's see what he does now!!!!!!!!!!

Cottofan, this is now completely IRRELEVANT given that testing is no longer an issue and has been accepted by team MP (supposedly). The point is completely moot.
