you can't put this one off on bob. . . at least not all of it. . . he said if floyd's people CONTACTED TOP RANK, then they could start working. . . if they actually tried to contact pacsmash's promotional team, why would they not come out and say "hey, we are trying to negotiate with dubeof and top rank, but they won't return our calls, etc."? THE LAST TIME they were about to make the fight, floyd WOULD NOT ANSWER the calls, and pacsmash just couldn't wait around forever while floyd vacations. . . DRUG TESTING WAS SETTLED, PURSE WAS SETTLED, everything. . floyd just didn't want to answer the calls before the deadline.

Floyd is an arrogant person. Even if Top Rank makes the first move, I doubt Floyd would even entertain it.

I agree. . . Everybody wants to make Arum out to be the guy who is single handedly stopping the fight. . . When he directly said if floyd wants to negotiate, THEN CONTACT THEM! If Floyd wants to prove he's trying to make the fight, then why doesn't he come out and say "we are trying to contact top rank about the fight"?
