Me. .... I. Was a huge fan but what he did and the way he reacted afterwards was the ultimate low. A weird coincidence. But just last week me and a buddy had a long conversation about how guys that cheapshot in street fights are the ultimate *****s. So I was freaking shocked to see it happen in professional boxing.. I guess *******s were right mayweather is a p u s s y and a coward. .. another bad night for boxing

In order to be a fan you have to know boxing. You my friend don't know **** about boxing just like Larry Merchant. You head butt a fighter 9 times out 10 he want head butt you back. But in a fight you must protect yourself at all times. That's the number one rule. If Ortiz head butt would have knock Floyd down or out people like you would be saying Floyd lost the fight & nothing more. Instead Floyd came to fight & Ortiz came to hug & kiss (sissy ****). Legal punch no matter how you slice it. So if you were a fan & now your not; thats cool go root for some other fighter. I got paid cause my bet the fight wouldn't go past the 4th round so I'm satisfied.

I'm not a big Floyd fan and never have been. But, I have always respected his boxing skills. His technical skills against Ortiz were masterful on Saturday night. And now with his new in your face style of fighting, I believe he would have KO'd Ortiz. He looked quicker, faster, and for some reason, bigger than Ortiz. The society we live in is just so ****ed up! Once a guy gets that "Bad Boy" image, it just sticks forever no matter what.Hate Floyd because of his childess demeanor at times. Or hate him for his boasting about his money and the flashy lifestyle. But to say he is a coward or a dirty fighter is blatantly wrong. Ortiz was trying to headbutt this man from the first bell on. The last headbutt was blatant and intentionally meant to hurt Floyd. So once Ortiz made it a dirty fight, then gets KO'd from what is suppose to be dirty actions,Floyd's the one that's wrong??? Put the shoe on the other foot. What if Floyd had headbutted Ortiz in the same manner and then got Ko'd in the same manner. These ignorant haters would have applauded it and said that's what he deserves. This goes beyond boxing. This is just staight hatred for Floyd and no matter what this man does, these haters will have a problem with it.Floyd won the fight fair and square and once again proved he's the best fighter in the world whether you like it or not. And truth be told, everyone watching that fight can see that Floyd would destroy Manny Pacquiao with his new style of fighting. But you have to be a true fan and student of the sport to see that. Floyd is a disrespectful flamboyant *******! But what is real is real. The man could possibly be the best technical fighter ever!!!

The dude just let himself down from start to finish, talking to his dad like he did, the cheap shot, why risk that? He was winning anyway, in different circumstances he could have risked a DQ. The way he talked to merchant was a disgrace, mayweather simply has no class! Yes merchant is overly critical but there is a way to deal with that situation with grace and wit, but mayweather has none, he is a spoilt little child nitwit.

He has done most of this himself by being a dislikable person but then does not take responsibility for his own actions, he blames everyone else. Inside the ring very impressive, and the answer to all his problems his doing it in the ring against pacquiao, if he beats pacquiao that will quiet everyone again, and as unfair as it seems winning that fight will gloss over all the cracks in his personality and the mistakes that he has made in his public and personal life will go into the background. The whole thing is reached boiling point, the pacquiao fight is actually hounding him, you can see the effect it has on him when he is around boxing, the situation as it is now, fair or not, floyd needs
                this fight MORE than pacquiao.

I don't think he needs the fight more than Manny. They need each other. And to be honest, most will be surprised in how easily Floyd would beat Manny. Manny fights great but Floyd is a great fighter. That makes a big difference.
