My thoughts on last night.

That doesn't apply to me though. I thought Floyd fighting Ortiz was a very good move in the right direction. But now I'm stuck here like WTF? Like Biggie said two ****s & no ***** find youreslf in some serious ****.

I wont say fixed, but I wouldnt be surprised if ODH and Vic didn't have some side chick drop some serious money on "fight stops before 5 rds" teaser.

The headbutt was crazy, **** literrally looked like PS3 fight night. Like ODh is in the back with the controller and hits the headbutt move. And vic was missing but he had floyd on the ropes and could've scored and won the round. WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY?

Other than vic being frustrated that he couldn't land flush I cant understand why he would do that.

For the same reason all fighters who get frustrated and lose their compsure when they have no answer... let's be honest, Mayweather was dominating the fight. Ortiz came in 14 pounds heavier than Mayweather and found that Mayweather was standing in front him and hitting with mean shots that he could feel while getting nothing in return. He didn't want to be there anymore... also, when fighters continue to bounce up and down and start working the ring the way he was, they're tired.

He couldn't find a way... until he started making the headbutts more deliberate and noticeable.

Because Ortiz is a punk, what do you mean why? Why are you pretending this is the first time Ortiz has acted so strangely in a fight? He did the same smile and accept it routine when Maidana whooped his ass. Floyd was kicking his ass, and Ortiz snapped.

Merchant is a bigot and a floyd hater IMO. But floyd was on offense in that interview. He ususally lets larry diss him before he tells him off politely or angrily. He even pimped larry after the shane fight. But tonight he was not trying to hear that from larry. And I swear schaffer is like "guiding" him through the interview, like lets make this more of a story than the fight. Look, we got it in HEAVY during the fight, one dude at my crib fell out in the bathroom. I'm on 4 hours sleep. But I that **** looked strange to ya boy Big DUnn.

He pimped Merchant after Baldomir and DLH too... it's constant how Merchant takes a passive-aggressive approach with Mayweather after every fight. Personally, I'm tired of hearing Merchant on Mayweather broadcast because he has such a bias toward whomever he fights (minus Judah, get it now?). With Mayweather's ego, you actually believe he'd let anyone lead him through an interview... as candid as Mayweather is???

get rough with floyd headbutt him and keep on the attack but to ask forgiveness and hug me this is a fight you objective is to hurt the other guy not make out

Doesn't matter how competitive the fight was going to be. It was the right direction because Ortiz was a young, prime, strong champion. Just like if Pacman would have beaten Berto over Mosley. Doesn't matter if Berto wouldn't have been competitive, it still was a better direction instead of a proven shot Mosley.

I ain't arguing about anything bro, I feel the fight was fixed period. I'm not changing my mind. The blowup with Merchant to top it off is what really convinced me. I would have liked to hear the interview to have a better opinion. It seemed wwe ish to me. IMO.

I honestly screamed "WWE" when the fight ended. However, the bottomline...Joe Cortez SUCKS! When I saw him in the dressing room - I knew the fight was screwed. Cortez played a major role in the confusion and his job is to communicate with the fighters and keep things under control. What the hell was Cortez looking at during Floyd's retaliation? No doubt Ortiz needed to cover up and stop kissing Floyd's ass; I believe if Cortez is engaged and facilitates a clean break that moment may not have occurred. Kenny Bayless would have been right in the middle of that and possibly even warn Floyd about retaliation. Ortiz is just not mentally ready to deal with a PPV flight of that magnitutde - it showed all over the place. As for the Merchant moment, I told my wife before the interview started..."this is going to be ugly". Merchant rips into Floyd every post-fight interview and this was just straw that broke the camel's back...nothing staged or fake about it.

Jesse Vargas lost. Lucas Mattysse couldn't be bought so he was dropped from the card. Canelo gets beaten when he steps up in class, (funny to be saying that about a world champion I know). Props to Floyd if that **** that happened was real. Because I honestly believe that it was scripted, that was the fakest **** I've ever seen. I believe we witnessed at wwe event passed off as boxing. Now i know I'll get a lot of flak for this, but I'm happy gears of war was more important than paying for that to me.

How convinient, the fight was fixed.

Before the fight; "Ortiz will beat Mayweather easy, all he has to di is pressure"

Afrer the fight; "It's fixed!"

The fight obviously wasn't fixed but I'm genuinely not suprised you think it was 'fixed.'
