Why wont the Mayweather Team ask the Boxing Authorities on their test result on Pacman before and after his past fights?
Furthermore, BWAA(Boxing Writers Association of America) will not chose Pacman as the "Fighter of the Decade" & FOTY, if he is suspected of having on drugs.
Lastly, Arum & Pacman has publicly announced that they had already Agreed on this random testing.
Floydie should also appear personally inside Court to confirm his su****ion on Pacman.
Current testing methods are easy to beat. Only test urine not blood randomly before fight. If this method is so successful why don't the major sports and the olympics use it?

both are joking... EITHER camp SHOULDVE sent the contract out.
both are posturing and playing the media, but BOTH arent doing anything to set the fight up.
floyd keeps talking **** but wont have a contract made and sent to team pac. same goes for arum, he keeps saying no more obstacles but no contract signed (granted, both have fights already, but they can set it up contingent on both winning).
also, i think its pretty weak floyd has been reduced to using the "im from america, he is a foreigner" card... i saw him on conan, and he was the calm floyd most of us appreciate, but once conan asked him about manny, he got defensive and started to try to sway the crowd against the "foreigner".

If Mayweather Team are really serious about their accusation why can't they file FORMAL complaints before the USA Boxing Authorities?
Why Can't Mayweather appear personally inside Court?

But thats besides the point: What i really want to know is, which athletes have actually been caught through USADA blood testing?
Im no steroid expert - but exactly which steroids is mayweather afraid pac is using? As far as I know, even the medical experts told mayweather that a 14 day window is safe.
Here, read this
The hGH blood test has been in existence since the 2004 Athens Olympics and after thousands and thousands of tests, it can claim only a handful of analytical positives for hGH.
British rugby player Terry Newton was reported to be the first athletes caught using hGH as a result of an analytical positive from the blood test. However, the truth of the matter is that the drug testers knew in advance that Newton was using human growth hormone before they tested him.

OK, assuming Floyd's demand is reasonable enough, I would say that both of them should be blamed for not happening in the first negotiation. You could question Manny not agreeing to 24 days, but I could question as well Floyd for being stubborn to 14 days. During the mediation with a retired judge, all the experts in the medical field were there and tried to convince Floyd that even with the 24 days window, he is safely protected, but to no avail. With March 13 already set and fast approaching, and the promotion required, Bob choose Clottey.
There was a second negotiation and no matter Floyd's team denied there was none, Ross confirmed there indeed was. Whatever you call it, be it official or not, formal or informal, it was an honest to goodness effort to initially resolve in whatever way the stingy issue on blood testing before the final, formal, and official negotiation could take place. There were not much details leaked-out but it was known Manny agreed to 14 days cut-of. But the most telling detail was Greenburg's statement saying "Dont ask me for the fight not happening. You have to ask Floyd for the fight not happening and why he simply doesn't want to fight".
