Thank you for (still) being one of the few good salesmen left in boxing. Quotes and soundbites like these are becoming a rarity in the sport, and its a shame.

Boxing is about being "up close and personal". Sending insults in and "up close and personal" manner is part of the sport. Ali knew this better than anyone. It gets in your opponents head, it creates division in the audience (half will pay because they love you, the other half will pay to see you eat your words).

I am getting way tired of political correctness, "sportsmanship", and excessive respect. I am tired of paying big bucks to watch Manny and Shane tap gloves and make love to start each round.
