I can't believe yall really tripping over stuff Floyd does and says its all jokes and bs and I think if you thought about stuff you've done you could come up with childish things. I see Floyd kinda like Micheal Jackson a person with to much money who everyone tells is great and acts like a kid because he's worked hard to get to be able to do that I think yall shouldn't judge what he does till your in his postition

well we are in his position if you think about it..

we were born too, just like him.

we live in this world too, just like him.

we are given the ability to make choices too, just like him...

if he is gonna go off and be a liar, racist, stereotype, burn money or a dumbass then we too, just like him

can CALL HIM OUT ON IT.

Consequently, a couple of days he contradicted his statement as well as berating a sport journalist saying, "Please don't put any words in my mouth and I didn't say I'll fight Pacquiao next." That’s one of Mayweather traits that pushing fans not to believe in him.

But I totally agree with you that Mayweather is doing a good job of promoting the fight. But he needs to be very careful and consistent with his statements so fans will believe him.
When was the last time the name "Floyd" and "careful" went hand in hand? I remember when Floyd wasn't so arrogant and spoke politely but nobody was respecting him that way. I remember seeing him when he was fighting early on in his career and Mayweather wasn't always that brash. I think that his style of boxing wasn't working with a good attitude so he became the villian. People always had a love/hate relationship in regards to Floyd. He only became a mega boxing star when he started mouthing off.

Ok, fair enough but what about the good his does for people and his community? It's a balance homie. Pacquiao ain't no saint either no matter how much he tries to act like one. The difference is that Mayweather is open about it. Everyone has their pros and cons.

So, his arrogant personality is just for show???
Is his many run-ins with the law also for show?

Just to mention some of them...

In 2002, he pleaded guilty to two charges of domestic violence and received a suspended six-month sentence. In exchange for the plea, a battery with a deadly weapon charge was dismissed.

In 2003, he faced a felony domestic violence charge involving the mother of his children. A jury acquitted him after she recanted her allegations.

In 2004, Mayweather was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor battery after two women claimed he punched them outside a Las Vegas night club. A judge sentenced him to one year in jail but suspended the sentence. He was ordered to undergo counseling and either pay a $1,000 fine or serve 100 hours of community service.

Aug. 23, 2009, Quencey Williams told authorities Mayweather threatened his life at the Crystal Palace Skating Center on Boulder Highway, north of Flamingo Road. Around 10 p.m. that day, Harris, a Mayweather bodyguard, shot at a BMW containing Williams and another man, Damein Bland, as the vehicle was leaving the skating rink. The car was hit six times.

In September 2010, after beating his babies’ mama, he was charged for grand larceny, one misdemeanor domestic battery, three harassment charges, two felony coercion charges and one felony robbery charge.

November 15, 2010, Mayweather was accused of misdemeanor battery by a security guard at the Southern Highlands development. He was accused of poking the security guard several times in the face over a parking citation.

November 22, 2010, Mayweather was accused of assault with a deadly weapon for trying to force another vehicle off the road. The driver of the said vehicle is Quencey Williams, the same person who got the ire of Mayweather in Crystal Palace Skating rink.

agreed, he does do good for the community. and if he is humble about his

helping out the community then why isnt he humble about his accomplishments?

why isnt he humble when it comes to being racist, why burn money?

bo jackson is the greatest athlete of all time, you never heard him brag ever...

walter payton one of the best athletes of all time, humble and respectful..

they had more fans, more respect...

floyd can play the villain if hes making more money, but being a racist making racist videos when he is retired, how is that promoting?

look how floyd treats his dad
