In an ideal world PAC v may should be in may and any khan v may fight towards the end of 2012. That gives khan 3 more fights. 1 at LWW against lucas or lamont. At WW brook (hopefully has a belt) followed by berto for a unification.

khan is a promoting ****head. i honestly don't think he can beat mathysis nor peterson. these guys are alittle faster and accurate than maidana. peterson just needs to throw more punches.

Amir Khan will be a future a great, he has a unique style, too quick and strong, I canot not see no one anyone in coming close to matching him at welterwight (apart from paccy, but lets face it they aint gonna fight).
Oh Really? When did you start watching boxing? Get out of here with your groupiness.....

Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.

        .
Why do Pac fans conveniently keep forgetting this?

haha, Wembley. Hopefully Khan gets two wins at WW before the FLoyd fight. Then again he may not get to fight Mayweather IF Pacman(Arum) gets a deal sorted with May(Haymon/GBP).

Khan is a good up and comer but has too big of a mouth. He says "I have cleaned out the division". He says "No 140lber wants to fight me." BUT when asked about Jesse Vargas, Rios, or Prescott, he says if he fights them then he might miss a fight at 140 with one of the big names. Lying sack of crap. He will NOT fight anyone they put in front of him like he claims.

Thanks for the correction. I knew it was something like that. I honestly think Khan will end up fighting Floyd before Pac will because even Roach is behind that fight more than Pac. I think Arum has Pac by the cojones and he doesn't want to make the fight with Floyd. It has been too obvious to me because if Arum wants to make a fight happen then it happens. Bottomline but when he says stuff like what he has said in the past below, you have to think does he really want to make this fight? Add to the fact that Arum still has a problem with the testing and the way Floyd wants it. Doesn't sound like it will come off. Let Khan move up and get beat down so he can finally shut up because he reminds me of a mini David Haye.

"It's not so much that I give a damn whether this fight happens--I don't -- and for me it's not the greatest experience doing a promotion with Floyd Mayweather," Arum said. "But not to do this fight would slow down the momentum of boxing."

If this doesn't say it all about Bob Arum's intentions on making this fight. I don't know what will.

Arum also indicated he would like Pacquiao to get through the Hatton fight before going up against Mayweather saying“I want Mayweather to stay there (in retirement) until September. The longer he’s out the more rusty he’ll be."

Old news but it is in Arum's mind and heart. Hope the fight happens before Khan but not holding my breath.

Are you saying Pac camp held up the fight because they were the ones who pronounced the fight dead?

                ... nice logic

                    Nonsensical post.

Rios is a lightweight if you think Rios should be able to step up in weight and get a crack at the no1 in the division in Khan then you should also have no problem with Khan stepping up and getting a fight with Floyd.

Jessie Vargas is yet to beat anyone with a pulse and is not even ranked inside the top 10 Khan would blow him away.

Presscott has looked like absolute **** since he beat Khan he is no where near ranked in the top 10 at 140, Khan has always said if he works his way back into contention he would want the rematch. Regardless McCloskey is going to beat Presscott then he will fade into obscurity.

You might be right, but with his move up fighters get bigger as well..Can he take a true WW punch??How would he fair if he did not have a reach advantage??Etc etc you know I have questions esp at WW for Khan..
