ortiz's strength will overwhelm mayweather--lets not forget mayweather is not a big gun puncher--yeah he has a very good defense, but i don't feel he will be effective this time around.

Who cares...he has no defense...lunges in blindly and is easy to hit. His Ring IQ is so far below Mayweathers its funny. His power doesnt mean anything. How many fighters has Mayweather fought that were supposed to be stronger?

      Ortiz will be punished....

Just like the power overwhelmed Maidana, Peterson and Berto?

I just don't see it honestly. If he couldn't beat Peterson how the heck is he supposed to beat Mayweather? I like Ortiz a lot, I picked him to beat Berto and he came through, but he's in over his head in this fight. Anyone feel differently? Let's bet.

            Ortiz looks huge.

            Like bigger than Clottey.

            Hyped for this fight.

Ortiz probably should have gotten the nod in the peterson fight but I still question if it was more so peterson pulling himself back into that fight or Ortiz letting off the gas which let peterson come back into that fight. I'm not the judges tho, they saw the fight the way they saw it ringside. It was a competitive match to some degree even tho I felt Peterson never really was able to hurt Ortiz.

yup. . . also mayweather is a pretty physically strong dude himself - he doesn't carry as much mass as ortiz, but he's "boxing strong". . . the way he positions his body basically negates a lot of strength/size advantages as well.

I still don't see how a guy who drew with Lamont fricken Peterson only 9 months ago (at 140, no less) has a chance in fricken hell against Mayweather. Is Floyd going to be blindfolded or something? One arm tied behind his back?
