Manny Pacquiao has signed a contract to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. in boxing's biggest fight on March 13, a source with knowledge of the meeting told ESPN.com on Friday night.

    Pacquiao

Pacquiao and promotor Bob Arum met for two hours Friday to discuss the proposed deal, according to Pacquiao adviser Michael Koncz, who told The Associated Press that "Manny has some additional requirements, requests, which Arum didn't think was a problem.

"The requests of Manny were so realistic that Arum doesn't feel it's a problem and it's pretty much a done deal," Koncz said.

Later Friday it became a done deal, at least on the Pacquiao side, when he signed the paperwork, the source said.

Didn't Koncz aknowledge the source for this article was untrue?

But its the truth thought so don't try to act like u don't see it. Ost was never in floyds vocabulary until sr starts talking about it and then all of a sudden ost became very serious for Floyd. So yes sr do have some influence in what Floyd does.

There is no sign of the testing demands because Floyd had not made them as yet.

        But everything else was agree.

So your statement about Floyd wanting the testing from the begining is false.

Pacquiao signed the contract, everything was agreed, then Floyd pulled out the rabbit from his hat to avoid the fight.
Don't waste your energy dude... now they'll say that ESPN is corrupt and can not be trusted.

There is no mention of $10 mil per pound but that was included correct? So I don't think you can conclude the request wasn't there.

I wont. But Dan Rafael who wrote this article has acknowledged a close, personal, over 20 year friendship with Bob goodman of top rank. While that doesn't make him corrupt, that does raise questions. Is that something we can agree on?

So you post a link that says nothing about an "11th hour stipulation" for what? If anything you proved yourself wrong with that link of yours. Arum left the states with everything agreed upon from Mayweathers side, even being flexible with his congress elections. Back to the drawing board...

Its not like floyd would be requesting Manny train all the time in the US just because. STop distorting that.
If Manny's full camp is in the Philippine, then he's suspect because he normally trains half and half, and i remember Freddy stating back then, when he felt Manny was being distracted in the Philippines, that for a Mayweather fight he would like to have Manny's full camp at the Wildcard gym.

Since when did Sr have the power to make demands like this writer is attempting to make Sr sound like he does? This would be qlike Pacs father saying Floyd can't train in the USA. Neither fathers have any say what so ever.

Floyd Jr hasn't said shyt about where Pac fights yet this writer is attempting to make it sound like Jr did.. lol we all know the figt wasn't made because pac wasnt ready to test. Not because Floyd Sr making comments about where pac trains.

At least pac NOW finally agrees to test...... There are no excuses

                    Lol this writer is a f*king ****** a$$.

8th of December still no sign of blood testing even from Floyd snr.

What happened between the next 10 days to make Floyd demand testing.

Negotiations went well Pacquiao signs the contract.

                      What happened Floyd?

Did he really want the fight in the first place?
