i love vitali but i know the facts and one fact is vitali is NOT a legend. he can be, but hes not right now.

You have not been home in a long time, have not you?
Urkainians and Russians hate each other? That's bull. There is some of that coming from Western Ukrainians (L'viv area) but not much more than that.
There is a growing appreciation of each other among Ukrainians and Russians. The Ukrainian independence really helps this, IMO.
