Lewis should have given a rematch to Vitali to keep his word, and Vitali would have beaten Lewis in the rematch, IMO. He outboxed Lewis with ease the first time, the only time Lewis was outboxed. He would have done that the second time.
And, yeah, Vitaliy is a legend in Europe:
Vitaliy fought an equal battle with Lewis and thus became the successor to the throne. Vitaliy is a highly educated, intelligent man who is easily a great role model for many youth in Ukraine, Russia, Germany... He is a great contributor to the UNESCO program. He and his brother helped his country go through a peaceful revolution to get rid of the old apparatchiks.
Vitaliy has done great, and I truly admire him for what he has done both inside and outside the ring.
All his outside the ring accomplishments mean ****, by the way. Legends are made in the ring, not outside of it. Maybe if he was trying to be a legend of philanthropy then he'd be a legend, but he is far, far, far from being a legend of the ring.
A) He's lost, which takes away what Marciano had (from people saying he fought in a weak state), in that he was undefeated. B) He lost his two biggest fights in his career (Lewis and Byrd). C) He has a long list of nobodies that he has fought. He is the best right now, but he didn't even inheret the throne, he stole it out of the garbage can.Last edited by BadMagick; 10-09-2005, 07:21 PM.

What I don't get is what Nautilis had to make this new account and pretend to be someone new to continue his Klitschko threads.
Why does someone need to do that for any reason other than some degree of self associated shame?
