Pacquiao throw more punches and is a combination puncher, both these things redcue accuracy. On top of this Pacquiao is a harder puncher and throws harder puncher, another thing that will effect accuracy.

We also have to forget about the jab as the jab is use to open a defence and find range, so it can be used effectively even though it is not landing.

Pacquiao also lands his punches right on the button, **** on the chin, Mayweather punches are more scoring punches.

Pacquiao landed an astonishing 50% of his power punches against Mosley while Mayweather landed an impresiive 46%, still 4 % less than Pacquiao. And Mosley was in defensive mode when facing Pacquiao and Pacquiao was throwing more punches than Mayweather.

        Pacquiao vs Mosley

        Mayweather vs Judah

So what is there 6 fight average?

        Pacquiao 52%

        Mayweather 50.2%

There you have it the stats back up my theory and add to this Pacquiao throws more, hits harder and throws more combinations and higher punch combinations, you would have to agree Pacquiao is the more accurate puncher.
Had potential, but your weak reasoning hints at your preference. Then, taking the highest percentages you could find for Manny, be them power-punch or jab numbers, instead of consistently using one set criteria pretty much gives you away.

I used the power punches for both fighters in there last 6 fights. That is consistent.

No mate. 5'8" is definitely shorter. Pac is blacker and taller than Mayweather and is more trash and ******.

I still love the jab thing. A missed jab for Pac equals a successful punch but but doesn't mean anything in terms of his accuracy of landed punches while for Mayweather a landed jab is not a successful punch and doesn't mean anything therefore shouldn't be counted......

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. I explained thing several time you and other but if you can't understand, it is not my fault.

And the jab is taken out of the equation for both fighters, putting it back in for Mayweather will actually reduce his accuracy even more.

Maybe some of you should read this.

                  How to use the jab

Your jab can be used to help you advance forward in the fight. Throwing your jab quickly will put your opponent in a defensive mind position allowing your to get in close and break up any rhythms your opponent may have been seeking to establish.

Your jab can be used defensively. If your opponent is winding up for a hay maker or powerful punch, a quick jab can stop him. We’ve already discussed the jabs ability to stop a counter cross from being throw when the jab is thrown above your eye level.

It can set up other punches. As you throw your jab, you can do a number of things. When throwing your jab, pay attention to how your opponent reacts. If you know he is always slipping your jab to his left, throwing a quick cross afterward would be a smart move on your part.

You can also use the jab to hide your other punches. With your jab blocking your opponents vision, you can follow it with a more powerful punch, seeking to do more damage.

As you can see, your jab is a lot more important then you think. I have even seen guys who know how to throw a proper jab record knockdowns off their jab alone! So get out there and practice it!

                  Jab combinations
Jabs are often doubled up in an attempt at getting the opponent to compromise his guard.
"Jabbing on the fly" is a point-scoring maneuver that employs a quick series of speed jabs thrown by a circling fighter.
Most combinations start with a jab as a way of closing the distance and finding the proper range. In this context, the jab is referred to as a "set-up jab".
Many fighters end their combinations with a jab that is designed to stifle counterpunches.
