It would be under an effective testing program. How effective can a drug testing program be if used all the time if athletes are getting heads up on when testing is done with PEDs of today that can clear your system with in hours. Cycling drugs is extremely easy today to do.

Now how effective would PEDs be while your not training lol.....Your problably the sucker that goes to GNC and buys wastes all their money on all those powders cause you think if will make you buff while taking this powders and not working out lol...

How many times does someone have to say that Pacman is willing to take any kind of blood test up to and including right before they lace up to go into the ring. He initially declined until 10 or 14 days and that is all you can recite. But that is long ago. You need to grow up. People see through this.

Who is scared of whom? I say it is the Money May. Look at their styles. Pacman is aggressive, constantly on the offense, willing to take shots and wade through heavy fire to land his. Whereas Money May is a much more reluctant warrior. He is a counterpuncher, sometimes seems hesitant to lead. He doesn't like to brawl. His fights tend to be boring and Pacman's tend to be more action-oriented.

There's no doubt Pacman would have taken the fight long ago as well as any test that Money May asks for, but Mayweather doesn't want it.

I was a fan, and even up until recently (more recently than you think) I was still a quietly reserved Pac-admirer. But not anymore. I can COMPLETELY see through the smoke and mirrors.

If Pacquiao agreed to take full OSDT's, with no whiney bull**** excuses, and then still performed to the same level that he has since Diaz, then it would legitimise his recent resume, and I would respect him for that.

If he stopped fighting slow, plodding, come-forward fighters, that are clearly made to order, and no more faded champions who are clearly disadvantaged..... AND..... started picking obvious opponents like Mosley when he was #1 instead of draining Cotto, like fighting an actual JMW instead of that welterweight bum when fighting for a JMW titloe, like meeting Marquez half-way instead of dragging him to a weight that he cannot perform at, and not ducking the likes of Victor Ortiz.....

..... then, I would likely become a fan again.

The two issues for me are.....
1.) the OSDT issue is completely inexcusable, and completely undefendable
2.) it is plainly obvious that Pac's resume since Diaz has been VERY carefully manufactured

so...you think its best for the sport of boxing to continue with failed testing? several boxers have admitted to using peds and were never caught by the commish. and it does not matter if a man takes a long vacation or if he fights once a week. with ost his blood and urine are monitered for any micro changes that might indicate usage of a masking agent. ost is almost impossible to fool. but why are pac fans making excuses for him not taking the test??? its almost like they know he is cheating and just dont want him to get caught.

            What a truly absurd comment.

Mayweather had agreed to ALL terms, had signed the contract, and was toeing the line..... Manny killed that fight because he would not agree to random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff.

Your position is an unsubstantiated illogical irrational fanboy " guess ".

            My position happened.....
            //krikya360.com/pacquiao-...day-cut--27427

Not even a good attempt dude.

Now, seeing as you bought up the subject, I need you to answer a question.

Team Pacquiao have now given 7 different ridiculous excuses to justify why Manny would not agree to a random blood test without a 24-day cutoff.....

..... which one of those 7 ridiculous excuses did you believe ?

Please reply, because the excuse that you accepted and have decided to run with, will fully explain your position in this debate.

the odd thing is what they want is not required by the authorities......

and that saying pac is clean and then demand pac to take additional test is to flunk logic 101.....

the same reason why pbf failed to submit deposition........no proof available.....

and yet...still continue to require ost??? this is just saying no pac fight
That is just whiney fanboy dribble.

In that very short post, you provided three different excuses to justify why Pac would not agree to random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff.

DUDE, THREE DIFFERENT EXCUSES MEANS THAT NONE OF THEM ARE GENUINE.

Stop your whining kids, it is absurd that you fanboys choose to spend your time attempting to convince me that Manny is clean, when he could simply take the test and make this fight happen.

Whenever you question the guy who asked, and blindly support the guy who refused..... you have as much credibility as that lying old cvnt Bob Arum.

So you know for sure that Floyd is just bumming around doing nothing to keep in shape the whole time that he is on vacation... and you can definitely prove it. Yes?

first floyd is still considered the best boxer on the planet by boxers and pundits and the books in vegas. second i say this again, pac is the one that walked away from the fight and filed a lawsuit. floyd agreed to everything pac and arum asked for and signed the contract. arum is the one that didnt want pac in the ring with floyd. he used floyd to build up pac and when its all said and done he will throw pac in with floyd and floyd is going to out box pac and get a late rd tko.
