Honestly I think the lawsuit was silly because for one, he (Manny) could have cleared up the whole situation by just taking the test to begin with. Also, his endorsement have hardly suffered, if anything they continue to climb. I also found the whole excuse about not liking needles to be a tad lame when he has tattoos, I would much rather have one straight stick in my arm than to get continually jabbed at with a needle when getting a tattoo. Now I not trying to bash either side, but its getting annoying, just do the damn test, there is nothing wrong with a bit more extra testing. It takes a few minutes and you are done, it is hardly a big deal.

What is so annoying with Floyd current pending lawsuits? Floyd don't give a crap about them lawsuits, so why do you care? Hey, be happy Floyd is fighting in the ring.

If Manny Pacquiao is this poster boy, face of boxing like his fans and the casuals think, then why won't he just be a goody good like he comes off as and just accept the tests and beat Floyd like his fans claim he can after they finish their next opponents? The "Manny's legacy is sealed and doesn't need Floyd excuse" is a lame cop out. I would never support a fighter that makes excuses on taking blood tests to make fights. He's the only one refusing to do it? don't his fans think that is a lil suspect? AND if Pac really agreed to the tests then Floyd would not be screaming that he should. Clearly it shows that Bob Arum NEVER tried to do any kind of negotiations after the first to get Floyd in the ring. He came back for Ortiz. If the money was right and Pac agreed. Then why didn't Floyd come back for Pac? And please don't use the "Floyd is scared" excuse because any fan of boxing that follows the sport knows that Floyd Mayweather Jr is waaaay more talented technically as a fighter/boxer.

Floyd fought Mosley in 09 when Pac didn't want to and now Ortiz who just had a great win. Why would he be scared of a guy who fears needles, fights opponents coming off loses at catchweights and fighters who are clearly past it? I would bet 2MIL points with any Pac fan on here when/if the fight happens with no hesitation. Roach said he needs to change Pac's style up for Manny to stand a chance? The style that Pac has been so dominate with, is not enough according to his beloved trainer Freddie Roach? Pac fans get out of here with the nonsense.

a quote from conte in the ring magazine is that its detrimental to a boxers health to be tested within 5 days before a fight. Pac agreed to 7 days so i dont see what the problem is. they get tested after the fight anyway so either way a cheat will get cought.

i think this drama will eventually play out.. floyd's a genious in hyping up fights.. granted he delivers glorified sparring sessions.. and i figure he's just jelous and cant comprehend why a little philipino is action packed beating bigger/stronger guys like they're nobodies.. granted they might be shot and might be old.. but they're still in there with the intentions of causing harm.. and they're not as overmatched as floyd's opponents.. there has always been the delusion of pac facing dangerous opponents cause of the size difference.. but in reality they're calculated moves to make him look/feel invinceable and cash in for as long as the public keeps believing he's the man.. which in all fairness.. he is.. he's made them look ridiculous.. and handed out beatings.. i'm happy marquez is getting his 3rd shot at the #1 p4p fighter.. no shame in losing to him.. plus it will shut up most of the people who have the lingering doubts manny won either of the fights.. but it is what it is.. now i'm just hoping he can pull of an upset.. doubt it though.. manny's become a much better all round fighter who's shown he can handle the higher weight classes.. so i'm not too sold on marquez beatings him.. maybe a ud loss.. Back to money may.. i think this next fight is just a tune up.. victor is nowhere near ready for this match.. he beat a berto, that didnt look like berto.. but never the less he showed heart.. but mayweather's slick boxings skills will prove too much.. another boring UD for money.. Both sides are to blame for the fight not happening.. and with so many rumors around, it's hard to say who's to blame more.. but they just need to realize it's the fans that pay for them making millions.. and therefore the fans should dictate the purses.. not HBO, not Aum.. not comissions.. not nobody.. find a way for fans to really have say in the fighters purse..

No every single unbiased doctor has said random drug testing up till fight night will not hamper a fighters ability.

Also read this link from the Huffington Post where they said testing has to be completely random for it to be effective.

everyone brags on how pac said he accepts random testing and even post the youtube videos, but when floyd comes out and says he wants the fight if the testing is accepted its a problem and hes scared? can you guys explain that logic to me? in one of pacs latest interviews a fan asks him will he take the test and he replies "i am clean" ????????
