Margarito would of beat up Floyd

Floyd simply doesn't have the power to back-up Margarito.
Tony could take Floyd's shots all night long whereas there's no way Floyd could take Margarito's shots.
Floyd would be fighting on his back foot all night while Margarito put insane pressure on him.
If Castillo can beat Floyd, Margarito can do it.

Margo would throw punches and get clapped all night long, the more he throws, the wilder he gets, the more counters snap his head back. honestly do you guys watch boxing?

YES PRIME MARG WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A GOOD FIGHT BUT HE WOULD HAVE GOT OUT BOXED BY FLOYD! TO FLAT FOOTED, IT WOULD BE THE DE LA HOYA FIGHT ALL OVER AGAIN WITH MORE ACTION, FLOYD WOULD DO JUST ENOUGH TO WIN BUT EVERYONE WOULD BE SAYING MARG WAS ROBBED BECAUSE HE THREW MORE MUNCHES (but not landing many)

Not saying Margarito would beat Floyd, but Margarito would pressure pressure pressure. And it would be very interesting to see Floyd would hold up in the last few rounds if he hadn't been able to back Margarito up at all.
Either way, it didn't happen so we move on :/Originally posted by ts33 View PostWRONG
Stamina MARGARITO. Just look at the pace Margarito fights at.
Power MARGARITO. Definitely not questionable
Better opponents faced MARGARITO.
Margarito has beaten:
Martinez (who was unbeaten, Margs KO'd him)
Cotto (who was unbeaten, Margs KO'd him)
Cintron (who was unbeaten, Margs KO'd him - TWICE!)
Also fought Pacquiao, Paul Williams and Clottey
^^^ Shits all over Floyds resume
Did you see how Cotto countered him? And how we won anyway? How many punches did he throw in that fight?
This IS BOXING. Am i right. Yeah i see how Cotto was countering him to the face. Where is Margs best defense how he takes a punch to the face. So why would a smart boxer throw to his face. Why would a boxer not slow the pace by holding. Cotto Had a terrible plan. Everyone post fight knew it.
So what your saying is Cintron is better than Coralas or Jose Luis Castio?
Cotto is a question mark if you follow boxing.
What about Floyds wins over JMM or Shane Mosley?
Martinez doesn't even count considering he was a young pup.
Your really reaching buddy.
When is the last time you see Floyd tire in a fight and start throwing sloppy ass punches? So stamina at best could be called equal.
This is your shaky argument? Stamina and power while floyd has the rest. well you can't land power being slow and inaccurate so there that goes. And look how Pac exposed marg early by going to the body... please bro. Get real.
Cintron hahahah my word!

It's no secret Floyd's hands aren't as healthy as they once were, hence the lack of activity he's shown in recent years in comparison to his 130lb days where he was KO'ing dudes. I think Floyd has good pop, but not enough to take Margarito out (then).
