if kessler gets a belt he has got leverage to get lucy out of american-frog land. but he dont care anyway because he has got the super 6 winner as a fall back.

bute is about as handy as julio cesar chavez. he likes body shots too. a half decent boxer with speed and power will knock him the fk out if his hands keep going down there!
"that fight has got 12 rounds written all over it"

    then

"a half decent boxer with speed and power will knock him the fk out if his hands keep going down there!"

So you think Kessler isn't a "half decent boxer with speed and power"? If that's not what your saying, why don't you want him to fight Bute in Canada, since he'll "knock him the fk out"?

Bute made an offer to fight Stieglitz, as well as Sartison (WBA regular champ, I think). But they both refused.

Now I'm already hearing people say that Bute's offer wasn't good enough and all that bull****, although they can't give any kind of proof as of what the offer actually was.

And how can Bute not fiht tomato cans when the 2 top fighters he had a chance of fighting declined (Kessler assuming he is fighting Stieglitz, and Froch when he and Bute were the top 2 contenders for the IBF and were supposed to fight in an eliminator)

Bute has taken the easy path his whole career one look at his resume and you will struggle to see any good/decent/relevant wins at all. Its not like the guy has time on his side either he’s 31 when he eventually does come up against a top guy at 168 I will have serious doubts about his ability to beat them. Him being ranked as no1 in the division baffles me.

People have to give Kessler the benefit of the doubt here he has fought against Joe Calzaghe in Joes back yard and fought Ward in his back yard also signing up for the super six alone proves Kessler is not shy on taking risks the same most defiantly cannot be said about Bute.

so sad to see kessler wimp out like a girl and avoid Ward and froch. the weak Dane is a sad example of a man. what a wimp kessler is. so sad.

If Ward wins the tournament, Kessler will be sorry when he realizes that Ward isn't interested in giving him a rematch and prefers to vacate his WBC strap to go after a man (and a very lucrative fight) he hasn't defeated yet in Bute. Kessler will have to settle for a rematch with Froch for the WBO paper title he's won from Stieglitz. Sad really, but I've seen it coming.

All of the Super 6 contestants except for Ward and Froch are available for fights now.

Let's see if Bute calls any of them out or if he continues with his Bum of the Month club.

You mean Taylor, the probably retired former middleweight champ ? Or maybe you mean Dirrell, Mr Shaw High patient ? Or maybe Green, who has lost his last 2 fights, the most recent by KO ? Oh, wait, maybe Glen, who is not a supermiddleweight to begin with and also happens to be a good friend of Bute ?

OH NO, WAIT, I GOT IT, YOU MEAN KESSLER !!!!

I mean Kessler, Dirrell, Abraham, and Glen Johnson.

Even Allan Green is better than Jesse Brinkley and Brian Magee.

The excuses have run out for Bute. He needs to step up now.

If Bute doesn't get Kessler next it'll be Johnson or Pavlik I think.

Come on now, Dirrell has been out for more than a year. He won't face Bute in his comeback fight. Abraham lost his last 3 fights, and decisively. Now that Kessler doesn't want to fight Bute, the only remaining name on your list is Johnson, and that is if he wants to stay at 168.

Allan Green lost to Edison Miranda. And Bute destroyed Miranda in 3 rounds. Plus Green now wants to fight at 175.

He has to step up? He's trying, but Kessler says no.
