If Floyd is still Floyd probably not but that is unknown and if Floyd is not the same as he was Ortiz certainly has a shot.

I think the reality is not even Floyd really knows for sure how his body will respond to that situation. Can Mayweather beat Ortiz if he doesn't have the legs to get on a bike? I imagine ideally he'll be using the entire ring, not just turning Ortiz while sitting in the pocket.

Floyd already has a psychological advantage because Victor is 24, I'm 24 years old and let me tell you I would be in awe just to be in the same ring is Mayweather and I'm sure Vic feels the same way like wow, I'm fighting Floyd Mayweather he'll will be in shock more then anything... very nervous not easy to explain but I can guarantee you that you will see what I'm talking about come fight night (the hesitation, puzzled look..ect)

It's not a matter of accusing him of not having legs, but as years add on he'll have naturally be able to rely on them less. And in a fight like this that could potentially be very competitive, he may very well need them at time. Not everything is an attack on Floyd.
