Incorrect. They don't have to prove a purpose for the defamation.

I cant see this case going to trial , like Oscars public apology that wasnt an apology just a denial they said anything lol .
You're thinking a perry mason type trial. That's not how these work

true but he also has to prove that he's been defamed by floyd specifically and how (ie by purposefully spreading false allegations). because floyd hasn't invented these accusations. it's just an opinion like mine or yours. the court will decide i guess.

No he wont get money why? because if he was this would have been done a long time ago but it hasn't, it could mean they cant prove anything or may must have a powerful lawyer also but who knows

Trial wont go ahead , I said it before and now one has been dropped , this one with the Mayweathers will not go ahead you will see

Rafael SHOULD be worried about his weight. But he isn't.

Who gives a **** if floyd is "worried" or not. Him being worried isn't gonna change the result of he case. Personally I don't give two ****s about two millionaires fighting over money. Would it be kind of funny to see floyd scratch a check to pac, sure. Will it get us the fight we want to see, no.

How I think this will work is that it wont go to trial , and I think it will hurt Mannys reputation more if it does , one would think that Floyd Snr has had legal advice , he is still saying he believes Pac is-was on something dont you think with a defamation case hanging over you if he was really worried about it he would be instructed to say No Comment , somebody that knows has advised him ,,,, I believe the trial will not go ahead and will be dropped like the first one , it was all just bull**** to begin with .
